Excellent value for money. Within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions.
Pros:

The hotel offers excellent facilities and is very new. The room is cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. The breakfast area is located on the rooftop, providing an amazing view. The service and the food are both outstanding. The only improvement would be adding a minibar in the rooms.

Cons:

Although the location is strategic, with easy access to the train, меtro, and surface transportation, the area is known for drug users and prostitution houses. It is common to see people openly using crack and injecting drugs in broad daylight. Walking around made me feel unsafe; however, there were no incidents, and I was not approached or harassed at any time.

Die Umgebung des Hotels ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ich habe es ausgesucht weil es in Bahnhofsnähe liegt.

Awesome hotel in a troubling location.
Pros:

The bedding was comfortable, the balcony was nice, the water temperature and pressure were amazing, and all in all, it was a good hotel for its price. Also, it is very close to the central train station and metro lines.

Cons:

The location is horrible, an absolute garbage of a neighbourhood. Drug addicts and homeless persons roam the streets all the time, people urinating in the street, prostitution all around, and filthy streets

Cons:

The location, drug addicts shooting up outside wasn’t the best!

The hotel was full with business people not wanting to go out of the hotel so you really are missing a trick by not opening the bar in the evening!

horrific experience dealing with people who would not care less. it was not there problem but mine .

the fact was i arrived at my hotel and was told the room had been given to someone else , I paid over Euro 300 and was then sent 20 min away to an other hotel which was a cheep room which i would never book , it goes on and on and on.i suggest that some call me on this

everything the fan went all night along and squeaked , the room stank i can go on, but you will see by the photos what Euro 300 for one night get you,
