Pubic hair and urine stains in bed! Outrageously rude receptionist!

There were pubic hairs and urine stains in my bed. It was revolting. When I went downstairs to politely inform the receptionist (I forget her name - big Indian girl) she was shockingly rude. Cutting me off "so what exactly are you complaining about!?" Rolling her eyes, sighing. I was just asking for clean sheets. She told me it was not possible. As I'm walking to the elevator, she bursts out laughing about it with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend btw, just lounges all night on the sofa in the reception. She just wants to hang out with her boyfriend and anyone who talks to her, it's a big inconvenience.
In all my years of travel, I have never encountered a hotel staff member with such outrageously disrespectful and rude behavior.
To remind any potential guests again: about a dozen pubic hairs in the bed. Urine stains in the middle of the bed, as if someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and dribbled in the bed as they went back to sleep. Filthy. And if you ask for clean sheets, you will be told "no" and laughed at as you walk away.
Other than that. Very thin walls, no windows in the rooms, damp smell and twice as expensive as similar hotels nearby. Do not even consider staying here. You have been warned. Don't be foolish!
