Pros:

Pros:

This hotel is located in a great, safe neighborhood of Quito, called La Floresta. From the attentive and helpful staff to the decor to the facilities, my stay was perfect. Highly recommend if you can spend the extra buck.

Great Part of Town
Pros:

My friend and I booked several nights at the Hotel Kaia after disliking the neighborhood our original hotel was located within. We found the staff at Hotel Kia to be friendly and attentive, and best of all the hotel was located just blocks away from some of the best restaurants in Quito.

Une excellente adresse pour un voyage en Equateur
Pros:

Excellent à tous points de vue... J'insiste sur la qualité de l'équipe de jeunes (femmes et hommes) qui anime et travaille dans cet hôtel Kaia, une équipe engagée pour l'environnement qui multiplie les solutions pro-écologie et confortable. L'est une très bonne base pour un voyage en Equateur et sur la route des volcans.

Pros:

空港シャトルを運航する観光会社と提携しており、キト空港とも往復はスムーズである。
既存施設を改造したばかりか真新しく、室内は快適でした。
旧市街までは遠いものの、路線バスを有効活用すれば気にならないと思います。

An absolute delight!
Pros:

This charming little hotel is a great choice while staying in Quito. Its clean, friendly and has nice extras like self serve tea and coffee all day. I was very comfortable and I enjoyed the in room breakfast. The location is within walking distance to lots of restaurants( some expensive but I did find affordable eats) and the neighborhood is very cute. All in all loved my stay and will book here again.

Boutique Hotel with great comfort

KAIA Hotel is one of the best stays I've ever had. The location is unbeatable, the staff is super friendly and breakfast to the room a great addition!

You basically have all the benefits of a big hotel, but in a small hotel which makes you feel at home.
