Вообще уборка не делают это ужас ,еще у нас горячие вода не было , дверь был сломан,комната воняет сигаретами, соседи слышали как будто рядом с нами, неделя ни разу не была уборка хотя бы могли мусор выбросить

Отель недооценённый, он хороший чистый , и завтрак есть в полне хороший, после завтрака остался сытым вплоть до обеда. Советую этот отель , и посоветовал друзьям. Цена не дорогая 2700 в рублях российских.

Eşimle 2 gece konakladık hizmet ilgi alaka fena değildi ilk girişte resepsiyon biraz soğuk davrandı. temizlik mükemmel diyemem ama idare eder. tuvalette klozet kapağı çatlaktı her oturdugumuzda bacagimiz sıkıştı banyo havalandırma yoktu çok havasizdi oda penceresini ve banyo kapısını açık bırakarak havalandırma ya çalıştık.Dus başlığı o kadar kotu ki su insanı acıtarak yikaniyorsunuz jilet etkisi.Tamamlanmasi gereken eksikleri var.

Çalışanlar ilgili özellikle kahvaltı hazırlayan abla odamız en üst kattaydı bizim için en büyük sıkıntı banyo aşırı eskiydi şu muslukları paslı çevirince sallanıyor kopucakmış gibi ve banyoda havalandırma yoktu üst kat yada yan katın tüm konuşmaları banyoda içtiğin sigaraların hepsi bizim odaya siniyordu banyodan çok eski yani tadilat yapılsa yeri merkezi yerde kaleiçine yürüme mesafesinde fiyat olarak çık uygundu ondan demek ama bir daha o banyodan dolayı tercih etmem 2 gün zor dayandık hep dışarda olduğumuz için

Some staff are really good but hotel not clean room smells of damp water and water was leaking into our room if owner pay more attention on property & cleaning then it is a very good hotel that’s the second time stayed but not anymore if they make property more better & room & bathroom more clean I would go again but other than that I wouldn’t.
The location is good everything is close.

Ich habe zwei Wochen in diesem Hotel verbracht und war sehr enttäuscht. Insgesamt musste ich dreimal das Zimmer wechseln, weil die Zustände untragbar waren:

• Zimmer 1: dreckig, kaputt, Wände verschmutzt, stickig und kaum Luftzirkulation.

• Zimmer 2: direkt neben dem Bett großflächiger schwarzer Schimmel an der Wand (ca. 1 Meter) welches wir auch nicht akzeptiert haben.

• Zimmer 3: zunächst akzeptabel, bis ich massive Bettwanzen- und Flohbisse am ganzen Körper bekam.

• Zimmer 4: Wände kaputt, Schrank beschädigt, weiße und gelbe Flecken an Wänden und Klimaanlage.

Das gesamte Hotel macht einen sehr heruntergekommenen und unhygienischen Eindruck. Bettwanzenbefall ist für mich ein absolutes Ausschlusskriterium.

Das gebuchte Frühstück war ebenfalls lachhaft: fünf Teller mit minderwertigem Inhalt und löslicher Kaffee in einem stark verschmutzten behälter. Nach einem Versuch am ersten Tag haben wir das Frühstück komplett gemieden.

Ich habe die Mängel mehrfach sowohl beim Hotel als auch über Expedia gemeldet. Trotz wiederholter Kontaktaufnahme erhielt ich keine Rückmeldung und keine Rückerstattung.

Fazit:
Dieses Hotel ist aus meiner Sicht in keinem Zustand, Gäste zu beherbergen. Hygienemängel (Schimmel, Bettwanzen), kaputte Einrichtung und mangelnder Service haben den Aufenthalt sehr belastet. Ich kann dieses Hotel in keiner Weise weiterempfehlen.
Noch schlimmer: Trotz mehrfacher Meldungen an das Hotel und Expedia kam keinerlei Hilfe, Entschädigung oder Rückerstattung.
