Pros:

Great breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent location in the old town. Pleasant welcome with fruit juice and hot towels.

Cons:

Expensive and disorganised bar, tiny pool, surcharge for paying by card (and very pushy in encouraging us to pay cash). They gave our room key to another guest which could have been unpleasant (though they were apologetic and gave the affected member of our group a free massage). Fire exit sometimes blocked with housekeeping cart.

Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno nel quartiere vecchio!
Pros:

Posizione ottima, staff impeccabile sempre gentile e disponibile. Ottima possibilità di scelta per colazione.

Cons:

Piccoli difetti migliorabili tranquillamente come le pareti della mia stanza un pò sporche, poca luminosità delle luci: offrirei luci regolabili per chi ha una stanza che non è esposta alla luce naturale.

L'atenció és immillorable. Gràcies a Grace i Hannah per la seva amabilitat. T'ofereixen duxar-te abans d'anar a l'aeroport encara que ja hagis fet el xec-out.

Pros:

El hotel está excelentemente ubicado, todo el personal es servicial, amable y nos ayudaron a programar nuestra estancia en el país desde España.
Especialmente queremos agradecer a Hong Tran y a Jen por su amabilidad y disposición a ayudarnos, así como a los chicos de la recepción y los encargados del desayuno.
Volveremos a Hanoi y a alojarnos en este hotel.
