It was clean
I particularly like that some hot food was being served for breakfast. The hotel was clean and my room quiet. I also enjoyed the gym.
I ordered a mac and cheese with chicken at the restaurant for dinner on my first night and developed diarrhoea that night...not sure why - I did not bother to complain and just never went back to the restaurant during the rest of my stay. I also found the sausages served for breakfast was sometimes salty, which is odd.
I would suggest that the hotel ensures their clocks are working fine. The clock in my room had an incorrect time; the clocks in both the gym and swimming pool areas were not working.

We booked specifically for the kids to enjoy the pool. The water was so cold they were shivering. We asked to have it warmed for next day but did not happen.
Breakfast was pretty good. The space allotment at each the stations was nice so that there weren't lots of people waiting to access food. Seating was adequate but due to a crowded time, we were told that the bar seating was open as well. We enjoyed that area since it had booths.
LIghting in the dining area was minimal. It seemed dark.
All good.
Our room was unfortunately over the outside pool patio. Loud music until we complained to the front desk. We were told that he would take care of it. It was finally off at 10:20. Will request a room at the front of the hotel next time!
No one bothered me when i enjoyed a cigar and looked over the pool and mountain by back bar
Bacon was undercooked but overall the breakfast was good
