Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et attentionné. Le lieu est très bien situé près du centre et du lac. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le hammam privatif

Cons:

Les restaurants étaient fermés
L’insonorisation n’était pas optimale; les clients de la chambre voisine ont fait couler l’eau en pleine nuit et on entendait tout.

Very classy hotel with more character than the standard corporate chain, big and comfortable suite, delightful staff, easy parking and charging for my EV

Cons:

No possibility for having my 12 year old son in the room, I needed to book his own room

Disappointing

Cons:

The bar and restaurant were closed for renovation. The substitute restaurant service was nowhere near previous standards. In questioning the origin of the wine, the waiter responded with „I know nothing about wine“. A major disappointment. Jaded would be my description of this previously first class establishment.
