Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage, sehr schönes, großzügiges und komfortables Zimmer, wunderbares Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal.

La salle du petit déjeuner et le petit-déjeuner

Cons:

La chambre très,sombre ,pas de volets, une climatisation qui fait un bruit infernal,une douche sans pommeau,une baignoire sans rideau et rien pour maintenir le pommeau et le summum,1 seul petit produit de douche en tube.pas de shampooing. Une honte pour 1 établissement 5etoiles et très cher.c un hôtel qui vaut 1etoile et pas plus.

Good location, bad WiFi.
Pros:

Ubicación muy buena y cama muy confortable. Habitación espaciosa.

Cons:

El WiFi es malo y complicado, muchas veces no funciona. El acceso al hotel es extraño, porque tenían cancelada la entrada desde el paseo por la terraza y la cafetería, y hay que dar un rodeo y atravesar el parking para entrar. El desayuno estaba bien, pero no es espectacular, creo que no se corresponde con la categoría de hotel que el Beau Rivage debería ser.

Pros:

Room is spacious - bedroom is separate from the walk-in closet and bathroom. We also like the big mirrors, and the spectacular view of the lake & the city! Very good location - just a walking distance to shops & eateries. Francesca who helped us at the front desk was nice, friendly, and helpful. This hotel is highly recommended.

Très loin d un 5 étoiles
Pros:

L emplacement

Cons:

Les oreillers : très fin, inconfortable
Uniquement du gel douche, pas de shampoing et rien d autre ! On a beau nous dire que le gel douche fait shampooing, ce n est pas marqué sur le flacon !
L hôtel est vieillissant mais propre
Il est très loin d un 5 étoiles même d un 4 …

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and ideally situated with wonderful views across the lake
Pros:

We had a clean spacious room on the top floor, with a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom, which included a large shower, a separate toilet, and a bath. The lake was visible from the small window. There was a large choice of food for breakfast, including lots of fresh fruit as well as the normal cooked and continental-type choices. The main difficulty was choosing what to have! All staff were very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our long weekend stay there. The proximity to the lakeside walk and attached garden and easy access to the old town through an underpass is a definite bonus.

Cons:

A very small niggle was that the cup of coffee at breakfast always arrived too promptly for us, so that it was cool by the time we were ready to drink it. OK, maybe my fault, I could have asked the very obliging waiters to delay bringing it. Actually, I also prefer to have a pot of coffee rather than have individual cups brought on request, but I didn't think to ask. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and we would happily go again.
