Weekend in Neuchâtel
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral und direkt am See. Perfekte Lage. Angenehm grosses Zimmer. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist klassisch, vorwiegend in dunklen brauntönen ausstaffiert und daher Geschmacksache. Das separates WC ist ein Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Das Hotel dürfte allgemein frischer daherkommen und hätte eine Renovation nötig. Spannteppich im Zimmer. Das grosse Duvet für zwei Personen, anstelle von zwei kleineren Duvets, war nicht unsere Sache.

Un week-end pour venir voir ma petite fille en Suisse
Pros:

Habituée à venir dans cet établissement, je trouve l’emplacement, le personnel, le service parfaits. Le room service en chambre est parfait ainsi que les voituriers et les concierges . Les chambres sont spacieuses et surtout la salle de bains très grande avec douche et baignoire , wc séparé . Peignoir confortable.

Cons:

Le buffet petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur du reste de l’établissement. L’emplacement n’est pas chaleureux et à 9h30 du matin , dimanche, plus de fromages, plus d’œufs brouillés, de lard… il a fallu réclamer . J’ai été déçue par la gestion et l’approvisionnement du buffet.

Vom Sekt empfangen bis zum Abendessen und check out alles perfekt.
Wir wurden freundlichst empfangen und betreut.
mit einer der besten Hotels wo ich war
Auf extra wünsche wurde sofort reagiert sehr freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal

Frühstücken waren wir leider nicht da es uns zu teuer war
