Pros:

Gute Lage beim Place Pury, direkt am See, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, wenn man bereit ist, den Preis zu bezahlen CHF 35.—/Tag. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal beim Empfang. Schönes DZ ohne Balkon, mit grossem Bad (Dusche und Badewanne), begehbarem Kleiderschrank, Espresso-Maschine, Mineralwasser mit und ohne Gas, Kühlschrank. Schnelle Zimmerreinigung. Zimmer war nach dem Frühstück bereits gemacht.

Cons:

Schlafkomfort ist individuell. Für mich war die Matratze sehr viel zu weich, ich bekam Rückenschmerzen.
Es stehen eine Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeepads und Zucker zur Verfügung, jedoch kein Kaffeerahm, Dies, obwohl ein Kühlschrank vorhanden ist. Ich mag keinen. schwarzen Kaffee.
Frühstück ok, aber für das Gebotene preislich an der obersten Grenze (CHF 36.—/Person. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich aber den frisch gepressten Orangensaft und den Sekt/Champagner für diejenigen, die das wünschen.
Ein Misstrauensvotum gegen die Gäste ist für mich die zwingende Hinterlegung einer Garantie in der Höhe von CHF 300.— in bar oder mit Karte beim Check-in. Der auf der Karte blockierte Betrag wurde beim Auschecken anstandslos wieder freigegeben.

L’hôtel nécessite une rénovation complète.
Ne correspond pas du tout à un 4 étoiles.
La déco est vieillotte et démodée.

Ich war früher mit meinem Mann bei ihnen (er ist verstorben) und nun das erste Mal mit einem Enkel.

Lage und Frühstück waren perfekt

Cons:

Dass es nicht möglich war als Hotelgäste das Abendessen im Hotel einzunehmen. Bei unserer Ankunft war bereits alles ausgebucht.
