The hotel is under construction, there was no air conditioning, no hot water, broken shower, dirty duvet with blood stains. I was not accepted as the staff said, hotel is under construction, but I insisted that I paid already, then I waited for an hour for a room to be prepared. The breakfast was horrible.

Amazing varied breakfast and comfortable large rooms. The staff at the reception and concierge was really helpful and friendly. Made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Location of the hotel.
It's a rundown hotel, and it needs modernising , especially it's not for foreign visitors.
The staff. Very helpful and caring people, even for small things.
It was terrable and full of bed bugs. I just stayed there for 30 minutes and my whole body was full of rush. If you are allergic with insects especially bed bugs never go there.
I complained they didnt care and I left booked in another hotel which was great.
It was the cheapest hotel I found.
All: very dirty, you could find dirtiness everywhere. Noise outside 24x7. No remote control for A/C.

Otelin merkezi konumu, otel önünde ücretsiz otopark imkanı ve resepsiyonun sıcak karşılaması olumlu söyleyebileceğim konular olmakla beraber otelin bir an önce yenilenmeye ihtiyacı olduğunu veya mevcut haliyle hizmet vermemesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
