Where do I start? There are several issues with this hotel and I’ll start out by advising to stay away from it at all costs. There are plenty other hotels in same price range that are not scam and that are not disgustingly dirty. Read on for more details:

1. My room was supposed to be non-smoking, but as soon as I checked in, I noticed an ashtray in my room. Clearly they don’t follow their own rules. On top of that, smoke was seeping through the walls or windows or I don’t know how else, but throughout the night I could smell the smoke.

2. As one other reviewer pointed out, their elevator is on the second floor. The hotel replied to that comment stating that their elevator is on first floor which leads me to conclude that they very much intend to mislead and scam people. When you walk into the hotel, that’s first floor. Then you have to climb up a set of swirly stairs to reach the elevator. They’re choosing to call that their first floor, but anyone with common sense knows that’s bull. Very dishonest.

3. The bathroom is disgustingly dirty and in poor condition. I would get over outdated and run down condition IF it was at least clean. But the toilet is disgusting, the tile floor in shower is disgusting, and it all smells like a mix of urine and mould.


4. The bed linens are NOT like what they showed in pictures. They look like the hotel owner brought some random linens from their home.

5. There’s a sound of water in pipes. Sounded like an aquarium.

Good location. The rooms urgently needs furniture renovation and bathroom maintenace. The refrigerator is not working.

peor imposible,no se por donde empezar, nada mas llegar al hotel con 4 maletas el ascensor no funciona tubinos que subir al 5º piso pon unas escaleras malisimas super estrechas al llegar a la habitacion el aire acondicionado no funcionaba (con 38ºC horroroso),entre en el baño eso era peor un olor isoportable ducha rota cisterna wc no funcionaba se apagaba la luz cada 2 minutos,al salir de la habitacion me quede con la manilla en la mano todo horrible no recomiendo este hotel a nadie gracias no tengo fotos porque lo perdimos.

Çok memnun kaldım, resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok iyi ilgilendiler, odalar istek üzere temizleniyordu çok memnun kaldım kısacası tavsiye ederim

This property is quite low price, WiFi speed is quite good but the location is a bit far from metro and tram. The way up to the tram. The automatic lamp in the bathroom auto shutdown while you are showing. It is for just a basic travellers to sleep.

Müşteri ilgisi ile ilgili yorum yapamam ama ancak cumhurbaşkanı gelse ilgilense yine kurtarmaz. Odaların temizliği düzeni hijyenikliği... Tarif edilemez. Büyük hayal kırıklığı büyük pişmanlık. Zaten rezervasyonum 2 gündü sabahı zor ettim ertesi gün otelden çıktım gittim. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
