Comfy
Pros:

The hotel is clean and safe, suitable for families with kids. I felt comfortable staying here with my two kids
There is a park and big supermarket near the hotel (3 minutes walk). There are lots of cafe, bubble teas, coffee shops around the hotel. However, it is located far from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, you need to take grab/taxi to travel to the center.
The staff are very nice. They let my family check in early when they saw me travel with an infant.
The breakfast buffet is quite good, which are more Asian cuisine, but there are sandwiches, eggs, jams and butter.

Pros:

A nice enough hotel, friendly staff, nice food, good value and I liked that it felt more like local life, rather than more central.

Cons:

Our room was smaller than the picture suggests, and could have been more clean, but we were only there 2 nights, so didn't mention anything, I'm sure they would have changed us or cleaned it, they were friendly and. Helpful.

Cons:

Es war das schlechteste Hotel was ich je in meinen Asien Urlauben gesehen habe. Wie die Bewertungen zustande kommen weiß ich nicht. Meines Erachtens völlig deplatziert. Erinnert mich an einen Stundenhotel. Lautes Hundegebelle und laut. Völlig in die Jahre gekommen und abgerockt. Wollten dort keine einzigste Nacht verbringen von leider drei gebuchten. Eine Stornierung war auch nicht möglich denn es wurde alles abgeblockt und es kam keinerlei Reaktion.

I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone
Pros:

Individual staff (kitchen, housekeepers) are nice

Cons:

Unfriendly and rude receptionists, not speaking English to guests, although we came with a group of 5 people and 1 is vietnamese, they just spoke vietnamese which left the ofhers very confused.

The double bedroom was old and not clean, stains and hair were found on the bedsheets.
