Horrible service ruins weekend getaway

Cons:

Well, they didn't let us know the pool was broke down before we got there. So the motel was only booked, so my grandkids could swim, and they didn't get to and the staff they had last night was rude and disrespectful and very not nice to my grandkids. When they were upset that they didn't get to swim. Totally a bummer, they really need better staff.

Everything was great. I plan to stay here again. The only negative was nobody at the from desk when we checked in for a good 10-15 minutes.

Not the best night of sleep
Pros:

The room would not cool. It was a cool winter night and we could not get the thermostat to come off of 77 degrees. It was a very hot night. The pancake maker was broken which was our deciding factor in staying there and the pool was really cold. I was just wanting to swim a few laps and wind down with the kids, but it was so cold, I couldn't.
