Pros:

朝食がとても美味しかった。品数は多くないが、どれを食べても美味しかった。子供用食器も早速出して頂いてスタッフの気配り最高でした。
子鉄には最高のローケーションでした。

The staff are nice and responsive.
The cleaner is very good and we would like to thank her here.
The room is comfortable and the window is very clear for you to have a good view of outside.
The desk is very big and much enough for you to put your stuff on.
The location is very close to the JR station.

Cons:

Maybe due to winter, it is very windy and cold to go back to the hotel from the JR station.
Not all staff can speak good English.
