breakfast staff is the highlight!
Pros:

- the location is right outside the train station that directly brings us to ueno. but I barely heard train noise. And it is not touristy.
- the evening view was beautiful.
- The breakfast staff is simply amazing. My mom commented to me that when one of the servicing spoon was with food and not aesthetically pleasing, the staff immediately took it back and changed to a new one. What a detailed touch! And the real piano playing in the background adds the serenity.
-in the evening, the display on the wall of the checkin hall is beautiful and calming.

Cons:

- the only thing I could say is the sofa in the room needs a refurbish and it smelled a bit aged.

Good location in nice neighbourhood
Pros:

Location is very near to the the train station. Took about 20 mins to get to Ueno. Lots of shopping and dining options, The area is newly developed with good vibes. Breakfast was good. it

Cons:

We stayed here on the day we arrived and the last day before leaving Japan. On both occasions, we were given a room with a huge column in one corner making the room smaller then what it should be
