Overall, our stay was okay, and I enjoyed the breakfast—the food was good and had a nice variety.
However, there were a few things that I found disappointing. The internet connection was very slow and weak, and even the mobile data signal inside the hotel was not reliable, which made it difficult to stay connected.
Another concern was the limited availability of drinking water. Guests are required to purchase additional water from the lower ground floor. I understand that this may be part of the hotel’s policy, but drinking water is an essential need for guests, and it would be better if complimentary water were readily available, especially for guests staying several nights. Other accommodations in Cebu provide easier access to drinking water.
Lastly, the bathroom does not have a bidet, which would have been a helpful and convenient addition.

liked the king bed , clean room and facilities, excellent breakfast, abundant water with strong water pressure, a/c was functioning well and temp easily adjustable, friendly staff, easy access to mall, validated overnight parking

Frühstück sehr gut und was man so isst. Lage zum Flughafen sehr gut. Hotel hat mich nicht enttäuscht und ein kleines Shoppingcenter war auch gleich nebenan.
Für mich keine negativen Erscheinungen.

Nicole and Trisha helped me move upstairs to a quieter room. They were helpful throughout my stay.

The location is great, it beside mall and very accessible.
They provide fresh towels, tissue and bottled water per day which other hotels don't do unless you request for it. The hotel is quiet.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Toyoko Inn with our family. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. What we loved the most was how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. As a family, cleanliness is very important to us, and Toyoko Inn definitely exceeded our expectations.
The location was also perfect because the hotel is connected directly to JMall. It was so convenient for us to shop, eat, and simply enjoy our time together without having to worry about traveling far.
We were also very happy to have the FREE airport shuttle service. This was such a big convenience for our family, especially with our luggage. It made our arrival and departure so much easier and stress-free.
The breakfast was great, and what really made our stay special was the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can really feel that they care about their guests.
Overall, we had such a pleasant and memorable family stay. ❤️ We left feeling happy and satisfied, and we would definitely come back to Toyoko Inn again on our next trip. Thank you to the whole team for making our family stay so comfortable and enjoyable!
