Nice Stay
Pros:

It is wonderful try of TATAMI In Japan. Reasonable price at great location. But you cannot be checked-in before 4pm, and you cannot even get into the building. We were there 3:50PM and waited for a bit (in winter time). But overally speaking, nice stay!

Pros:

This stay involved three adults and one child sleeping in one room, and it was perfectly fine -- everyone was very satisfied! The staff members were wonderfully helpful (and their English is very good). Moreover, the "shared bathroom" was like a private bathroom, the breakfasts were very good, everything was very clean and well-organized, and we can only give the U-stay Kyotogosho the highest marks! The local area is also good (next to a small "river") and convenient via the bus and subway systems. It is a quiet residential area without a lot of restaurants nearby, but with a little walking the restaurants and convenience stores in the area serve your needs well, and for a family or anyone who would like a quiet sleep at night it's perfect. A good choice, really!
