Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha Downtown - Old Market by IHG

I would happily stay at this place again. I found it clean, safe, and peaceful even though it's in the middle of the city. Across the street was a great coffee shop and bookstore. Walking to the local art museum only took a few minutes and getting into the heart of downtown Omaha required a relatively swift 20 minutes. Much appreciated the patient and friendly staff.

Room was clean and comfort temp one arriving. Water was hot for showers! Internet was fast - great for a weekend getaway

Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice, updated, and clean. Not sure what was out and around the area. We were here late at night and plan to head out early next morning.

The bed was so comfortable, and the location was great. Parking is reasonable and easy. Cheaper than other hotels in the area. The staff were also very kind and helpful

Great service, awesome breakfast, Tabitha and her sister took care of us after we got stranded and our flight was 2 days later. They made it memorable for us.

The rooms are great for the price. I came from KC for the zoo, amazing zoo.
Check in, nobody at the desk, and needed to use the bathroom quick. I understood the security for the bathrooms. After getting checked in, going to my room and finishing setting up, the pay for parking app, (about 15/20mins) I go outside to find a ticket for parkjng. The front desk lady took care of the ticket with no cost to me, just a hassle.
The second night around 3am, fire alarm goes off. Went down to lobby, front desk lady couldn't figure out why the fire alarm was going off and why.
I asked about local night life and popular and hidden spots. The ladies at the front desk did the best they could with night life and dinning info. If you're up in time for breakfast, amazing, good selection.
The contrustion around the area sucks, but what city doesn't have construction.

Good stay. Comfortable bed. Bathroom coulda been a little more kept up. Could use some recaulking. But were just passing thru Omaha so cant really complaint.

New hotel. Very clean. Excellent location. Don't forget you pay for parking. Breakfast was delicious (unlike most *breakfast included* hotels) and varied with fresh fruit and pork sausages. Make your own pancakes!!

My hotel stay was overall okay, the pool, room and breakfast was good.The staff was excellent! However, we did notice some drain flies, the elevators smell like urine, and parking spots aren’t the best.

It was a nice stay, the pool was on a bit of a cool side, my daughter found beer bottles behind the bed. The breakfast was good. The staff was great,

I requested a suite for 5 people. The sofa bed was not comfortable. There should be an extra blanket for the sofa bed as it's next to the air conditioner. There was barely enough room to pull it out. My daughter found a cockroach in our bathroom. I flushed it down the toilet. The parking spots are too small. People need room for SUVs and pickup trucks, not just compact cars. We were lucky to find parking on the street in front of the hotel. Pool and gym were nice and breakfast was good.
