Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und gutem Kaffee. Leistungsstarkes Wlan. Gute Lage nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Waterfront entfernt.

Cons:

für längere Aufenthalte fehlt ein Schrank, einzige Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen oberhalb des Waschbeckens

Empfehlenswertes Stadthotel!
Pros:

Zimmer war klein, aber mit nicht so viel Gepäck ausreichend. Frühstück war sehr gut! Viele verschiedene Obstsorten. Warme und kalte Speisen. Lage war sehr gut. Alles fussläufig erreichbar!

Pros:

The property is located approximately a 15 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal. It was a centrally located and extremely comfortable facility. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were extremely welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Overall, the breakfast provided was good but a majority of the hot items were lukewarm or cold.

An enjoyable
Pros:

As a 3-star hotel, Onomo exceeded my expectations. The staff are very friendly and attentive and ready to go an extra mile to meet the client's request. I really appreciated that. The room was spacious and the room service consistently meticulous. The hotel itself is in a safe walkable area not far from from the busy Waterfront streets. On top of that, we were quite stunned by the design of the rooms and restaurant.

Cons:

Apart from a chaotic transfer from the airport, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. There were a couple of times I noticed the fresh sheets and towels had deep non-washable stains. I've also spotted a cockroach in the breakfast service area once. This incident was addressed quickly and professionally.

The location was good, but the rooms were small and the overall value did not match the price paid.

The hotel location was convenient, but unfortunately the accommodation did not meet our expectations for the price paid.

The rooms were very small, with a structural column in the middle of the room that reduced the usable space. The bathroom was completely enclosed with glass, which did not feel very comfortable from a privacy perspective.

There were no telephones in the rooms, and if guests needed assistance or any service, they had to go down to reception in person. In addition, the hotel seemed to have a limited number of elevators, which could be inconvenient during busy periods.

Overall, we felt that the value received did not match the price we paid.

Ligging van het hotel en het personeel waren beiden prima. Het is een vrij net hotel en modern ingericht met een fijn reataurant erbij.

Cons:

De kamer was een kabinet kamer zonder daglicht. Op de gang scheen wel licht waardoor ik nog steeds wakker werd van het licht.

Pros:

Excelente opção, razoávelmente próximo ao Waterfront. único pecado é a ausência de estacionamento, pois é um prédio antigo reformado, mas na rua é possível estacionar com total segurança. Quarto muito bom e confortável, recomendo a todos.
