Excelente localização e conforto
Pros:

Hotel confortável com localização perfeita. Café da manhã excelente e funcionários amáveis, especialmente no restaurante.

Cons:

Manutenção do apartamento pode melhorar. Quando cheguei a tampa do vaso estava totalmente solta, arrumaram no segundo dia da hospedagem.

Schönes, sicheres Hotel an der Waterfront
Pros:

Es sehr schönes Hotel an der Waterfront. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt.

Cons:

Kleine Mankos:
Wir musste sehr früh auschecken um zum Flughafen zu kommen. Es gibt ein Lunchpaket, für das man am Vorabend entsprechend aussuchen kann. Leider war es dann am Morgen nicht vorbereitet. Der nette Rezeptionist hat uns dann auf die schnelle eines gepackt.
Außerdem hatten wir über die Rezeption einen Flughafentransfer gebucht. Der war auch pünktlich da, musste aber angeblich noch von einem anderen Hotel Gäste abholen. Hat dann vor einem anderen Hotel im Finanzdistrikt geparkt, den Motor laufen lassen und ist ausgestiegen, um die Gäste zu holen. Nach etwa 15 Minuten (wir waren wegen unseres Fluges schon ein bisschen nervös) ist er zurück gekommen und meinte, dass es ein Missverständnis war und er doch keine anderen Gäste holen muss. Am Flughafen könnte er dann nicht mal rausgeben, da er kein Bargeld dabei hatte. Interessant war aber, dass er später für einen Mitarbeiter bei den Kofferwagen schon Bargeld hatte...

Soggiorno confortevole e piacevole.
Pros:

Hotel piccolo ma molto accogliente. Personale molto disponibile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste. Ambiente bar-ristorante molto piacevole.

Very quite for me if you want to relax no lot of movements and the staff was very helpful especially the receptionist they were very helpful n welcoming

Muito acolhedora!
Pros:

Sem dúvida alguma do serviço. Simpatia, atendimento, dedicação, etc. Alimentação boa. Café da manhã bom. Localização é top. Mt próximo de restaurantes, locais para visitar e em cima do Water Front. Preço qualidade imbatível.
