Excellent place to stay in Capetown totally recommend!
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location walking distance to V&A as well as a little grocery store and cafes. Excellent restaurant!

The location of the hotel is good and is probably its main advantage. If you are traveling alone or staying for just a couple of nights, it may meet your needs.

Cons:

For a family of four staying for several days, as in our case, the hotel did not meet our expectations. It does not seem to be designed to accommodate families or larger groups. Although the room is spacious, the facilities are inadequate. There is no wardrobe, no drawers or cabinets to store clothes, and not even enough hooks to hang towels for more than two people. Basic amenities that are essential for a longer stay are simply missing.

Another major issue involved a medication that I use daily and that must be kept refrigerated. Initially, there was no refrigerator in the room. After I requested one, the hotel did provide it, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, during room cleaning, the housekeeping staff unplugged the refrigerator. As a result, the medication lost the required storage temperature and had to be discarded. This was a serious and avoidable problem.

Room service was also disappointing. On one occasion, we waited approximately one hour and twenty minutes for just 4 hamburgers.

I would not recommend it for families or for longer stays until the facilities and service are significantly improved.

Cons:

Shuttle driver didn’t show up at the airport to pick us up, so the front desk had to call another one. Then when we left the shuttle driver once again did not show up and we had to call another uber. Unacceptable!

Quarto guarde, cama macia e ducha forte.

Cons:

O quarto não tem armário, apenas um espaço ACIMA DA PIA com 4 cabines para pendurar roupa/casacos.
Sugestão: poderiam espalhar pelas paredes suportes ou ganchos para pendurarmos nossos pertences.
