Gostei do atendimento, funcionários bem atenciosos. O café da manhã era bom.

Cons:

Não ter uma janela no quarto. Meu quarto só tinha paredes, nenhuma janela, nenhum vidro, ainda que não pudesse ser aberto, havia apenas uma cortina de cada lado da porta para simular a existência de janelas. Então além de não ter nenhuma luz natural, para quem tem claustrofobia como eu, isso é apavorante.
Também não gostei do banheiro que era inteiro de vidro, ou seja, sem nenhuma privacidade e claro também sem janela.

Great spot to enjoy the V&A waterfront
Pros:

Great staff, amazing breakfasts, really good location, nice rooms, usually able to find free Street parking

Cons:

Could be a bit noisy at night with water running and other odd noises. Not much wardrobe space (fine if you're happy living out of your suitcase as i was)

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut und Lage super
Pros:

Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel wegen der Lage zur Waterfront entschieden. Es war eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Wir konnten auch abends von der Waterfront zum Hotel laufen und haben uns nicht unsicher gefühlt. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und umfangreich. Abendessen war ebenfalls lecker und Preis günstig. Wir mussten nicht vorbestellen für das Essen. Das keine Parkplätze für das Auto vorhanden sind, war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir haben öfters auf der Straße direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt. 1x mussten wir das Parkhaus nutzen, wo wir aber über das Hotel einen günstigeren Preis (65 ZAR pro Tag) erhalten haben. Wir würden wegen der Lage immer wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Zimmer war sauber und groß. Wir hatten sogar einen Balkon.

I loved every bit of my stay at Onomo Waterfront & I am falling in love with this chain of Hotels.
Pros:

The room was OK, but there was some noise from other rooms which made me feel like noise from my room could also easily pass to other rooms. The location was also OK being close to Waterfront area and also close to my conference venue. Front office and Housekeeping staff were super friendly and helpful, they deserve medals

Cons:

Nothing much, just the noise, (sometimes - not all the time)

excelente hotel com custo beneficio bom
Pros:

Quarto amplo, espacoso com ar condicionando funcionando muito bem, com pia externa ao banheiro grande, box grande e espacoso, agua gratuita com reposicao todo dia e cafe tambem. Equipe atenciosa, cafe da manha excelente com varias opcoes de alimentos

estacionamento ser pago e poderia ter frigobar nos quartos porem acho que é algo cultural da Africa nao ter pois nenhum hotel teve
