The staff were very unprofessional for both shifts. Dress was not appropriate for the position. I requested for clean towels and my room to be straightened while we were away in meetings and the staff said okay. I came back that evening after 5 and nothing had been done. When I checked out the next morning (two-night stay) and asked why my room wasn't cleaned and toiletries replaced, she stated they only did that for four or more nights. There was only one wash cloth and two towels, and I was expected to use those for my stay. I will look at another facility next time I am in the area for work. We will be in the area for work several times over the next year.
Front desks help really needs to be trained. I do not like being called "hun" and I walked out with a co-worker and one of the front desk ladies stated she "needed a drink and it's only 4 o'clock." I just looked at her and kept walking.
This was the best hotel I have stayed at in the last few months when taking short road trips. Everyone was super nice and helpful absolutely amazing place
Can’t say enough good thing about this
The room still had a doggy smell. The pits needed to be cleaned. Cups and glasses had lipstick. But Renay or Renee at the front desk was superb.

Comfortable bed, clean linens, well equipped gym, and good breakfast.
Room was a little tight with the kitchen at the entry and next to the closet. Ran out of pool towels and the pool was very chlorinated which burned our eyes while swimming.
I wish there was a way to give negative stars. Filthy room, overwhelming bad smell that kept us awake and bed that felt like a rock. Asked for a new room or a cleaning. No other room available. They promised a cleaning and a portable air cleaner. We returned to our room to find our beds were made but the room still dirty. And the air cleaner? Yeah. It was a can of Lysol left for us on the counter. Went and bought cleaners and cleaned it ourselves because we had no other options and we were in town for work. We are loyal Marriott customers and usually choose to stay at a Marriott property if it is available. But we will never stay in this one again.
The woman at the front desk was very accommodating. We had to ask to switch rooms and she made it happen! We asked for a late checkout and again she made it happen.
