Sehr gutes Hotel in hervorragender Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage, direkt am See, dennoch verkehrsgünstig. Bushaltestelle u. Booanlegerin unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Abendessen war enttäuschend, entsprach nicht der sonstigen Qualität des Hauses
Zugang zum See wegen Steinen er beschwerlich. Hier wären ein Steg der eine Treppe eine große Verbesserung

Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options.

However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which made the room quite warm, especially during the summer. The bed was also uncomfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep.

Despite these issues, the hotel was pleasant overall, and with a few improvements, it could provide an even better guest experience.

Ich komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wunderbare Aussicht direkt auf den Thunerser. Grosszügige Hotelzimmer. Sehr freundlich und Gastfreundlich

Cons:

Der Gästelift wirkt auf mich doch sehr veraltet und unsanft. Das Restaurant sehr nobel aber wenig Auswahl an Speisen. Auch finde ich es seltsam, dass man als Hotelgast für einen Platz reservieren muss

The view was spectacular. The staff was very good.

Cons:

There was a wedding on the first floor and the backyard/grounds of the venue which our room overlooked. The guests of the wedding were out there until well past 2am and since there is no AC, we were sleeping with the windows open so we had to sleep with ear plugs in which is not ideal.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am sauberen See mit Wasserzugang und tollem parkähnlichem Garten! Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer mit Balkon und schönem Blick. Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Terrasse waren schön und sehr gut, das Personal war sehr freundlich und höflich!

Très agréable, personnel sympathique et à l'écoute, vue imprenable, mais pas de climatisation.
Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé au bord du lac Thoune, la vue est magnifique. Le parc de l'hôtel face au lac est agréable, les plats et petits-déjeuner copieux, et tout le personnel très gentil et à l'écoute. Notre chambre avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes était spacieuse, propre, et la literie confortable.

Cons:

Le gros point négatif est l'absence de climatisation dans les chambres, surtout pendant cette période de canicule, avec 36 °C. Espérons que ce problème sera réglé rapidement pour le confort des hôtes.

Hôtel magnifique et calme au bord du lac de Thun avec accès au lac

Très bel ancien hôtel avec un parc/jardin magnifique au bord du lac de Thun. Hôtel bien placé pour les différentes visites entre Thun et Interlaken. Belle chambre design et calme avec vue sur le jardin et le lac. L'accès au lac depuis la petite plage était très appréciable. Le déjeuné était bien et complet. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le souper à la terrasse du restaurent ainsi qu'au bar au bord du lac.

Cons:

Parking payant à 8 frs par jour mais c'est un détail

Caro, calidad/precio excesivo, día sofocante y no hay aire acondicionado en todo el hotel, no existe, penoso un hotel de ese nivel no pude tener a sus clientes con las ventanas abiertas para poder dormir si se puede.
