Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig, das Personal war aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Lage am Thunersee ist super.

Cons:

Die Tür im Badezimmer klemmte und konnte nicht leise geschlossen werden.

direkte Lage am See; Rasen mit Strandliegen. Hervorragendes Abendessen; gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Bushaltestelle mit halbstündigem Takt nach Thun oder Interlaken

Zimmer etwas klein; keine Haken zum Aufhängen von Jacken etc.

Pros:

Es lohnt sich ein Zimmer mit Seeblick zu buchen.
Der Hotelpark mit direkten Seezugang auch aus dem Saunahaus ist ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal am Thuner See.

Cons:

Die Rezeption hat eine Restaurantreservierung im eigenen Haus nicht weitergeleitet. Das war extrem ärgerlich, weil das Restaurant ausgebucht war.

It was good just because of great location of property
Pros:

Location is excellent beautiful lake side views and staff is very helpful

Cons:

Only has one elevator which is old style, property has carpets which looks very old. No lotion or shampoo in bathroom.

Pros:

朝食も美味しく、自然の中でゆっくりするには最適なロケーションです。とても良いホテルでした。
こちらのスパを利用する時間がなかったことだけが残念です。次回は利用したいです。

Cons:

スパ利用の案内が不足していたので事前に計画を立てられなかったことを後悔しています。チェックイン時間が遅めなので、チェックイン前にも利用できたらさらに嬉しいです。
