Very comfortable, excellent location
Pros:

Room was great. Beds a little hard but okay. If you want fresh milk, the receptionist was very happy to provide fresh milk.

Cons:

The only comment I would ask if would refil the room with black tea

Cons:

1. 住六樓605房間，窗外屋簷上晚上會有海鷗在踩踏屋頂，大聲吼叫，那個噪音會讓人半夜驚嚇和睡不好！！！
2. 冷氣不管怎麼調，都會跳回它原本設定的溫度，很冷很冷
3. 浴室沒有可放乾淨衣物的架子

Un sejur foarte plăcut, cu servicii excelente și o atmosferă primitoare.
Pros:

Am primit exact camera din poze, foarte curată și bine întreținută. Procesul de a comanda micul dejun în cameră a fost simplu și convenabil, chiar dacă rezervarea nu includea această opțiune. Iluminarea a fost excelentă, datorită mai multor surse de lumină amplasate la diferite înălțimi. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și atent – într-una dintre zile a fost ziua mea, iar la întoarcerea în cameră am găsit un mesaj drăguț, însoțit de o prăjitură și o băutură. De asemenea, locația este foarte bine poziționată.

Cons:

Izolarea fonică nu este foarte bună, astfel că se pot auzi zgomote din camerele alăturate.

Fantastic hotel in a great area
Pros:

The room was excellent, spacious and comfortable. I was delighted to receive a mothers day gift of a bottle of bubbly from my daughter, which the staff set up lovely in the room with a message. The staff were lovely and always accommodating. The shower was fantastic and the bathroom area was spacious with beautiful stocked shampoo and shower gel. The lounge area is great to relax in and have a drink after a busy day. The hotel is situated in a great area close to Rua das Flores and other tourist attractions. Close proximity to great restaurants and cafes. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. Thank you for a lovely three days.

Cons:

Having to pay extra for coffee pods. The coffee pods are not refreshed and you have to request these at a cost of 1.50 euros per pod.

Excellent three night stay in Porto Royal Bridges Hotel
Pros:

First class hotel perfectly located in the centre of Porto.
The room, although quite small, was immaculately presented. The hotel has a boutique feel and the staff were very helpful.
I also enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

Only the sink. It was a bit of a nonsense with no plug. A really minor quibble.

Cons:

Unfortunately, apart from the good location, nothing about this hotel met our expectations. First, we were given room 206, where we found a double bed only 140 cm wide. We immediately requested a change. Then we were given room 501, which was so small that we could barely squeeze between the wall with the TV mounted on it and the bed, which was larger than the one in room 206. There was no wardrobe in the room for storing clothes, only a few hangers. The breakfast was decent.
