The room was pretty nice. Is not far away from El Refugio del Aguila. It looks exactly like the photo.
However, it’s a motel and it didn’t say anything about that!
Very nice rooms, good shower, bed, hygiëne, good accomodation for the price.
At arriving not a reception service, the remote service was bad. The guard/site operator when at the place did a very good job and was very friendly, he did the job perfect.
The room and the facilities are very good! Spacious room service and very clean. The air-conditioning is quiet enough and there is Netflix that doesn't require to log in. The private parking under the room was great!
The hot water was a bit of a problem since it became cold for a while and then hot again. Also take into account that it's one of those hotels that you can pay for a few hours only! But it's not a real problem though! The check in goes through a metal box but I guess it's for privacy reasons!
Staff wouldn't allow us to change to a better room paying extra. They said we would need to pay for the total of the new room and lose what we had paid.
