AMAZING stay in London, don't wait, book here!!
Pros:

AMAZING, everything I liked, from the responsiveness of the team leading up to our checking in, to once we checked in everyone was soooooo friendly and Kind, the staff, the team, the breakfast, location, rooms, simply everything exceeded expectations.

Cons:

There was a discrepancy upon checking out, however the manager reached out promptly to rectify the situation so ultimately happy with how that was handled as well

Perfect location, beautiful views, boutique hotel vibes. Real hospitality.
Pros:

This was an anniversary weekend so we treated ourselves to a suite. We felt we got more than we paid for. It was a delight to find beautifully dressed bed ( rose petals) and complimentary fizz and cake . We were on the top floor with picture windows that framed St Paul’s. Down a side street ( so quiet) and yet with beautiful views. Perfect Location for the Old Vic and the Tate Modern. Staff were unobtrusive but attentive. We will be back

Will definitely stay here again but breakfast somewhere else.
Pros:

Great location by Blackfriars station. Very good shower. Super comfy bed. Wonderful staff. Stylish and classy.

Cons:

Morning noise. Very mediocre breakfast.

L’établissement est élégant, moderne et très accueillant. La chambre, les équipements et la décoration sont d’une grande qualité, avec un réel souci du détail.

Nous y séjournions pour une occasion spéciale, et l’équipe a su répondre à toutes nos attentes, bien au-delà de nos espérances. La gentillesse, l’attention et le professionnalisme de l’ensemble du personnel ont rendu ce séjour particulièrement mémorable.

Mention spéciale également pour l’atmosphère très family-friendly : nos deux enfants de moins de 10 ans s’y sont sentis parfaitement à l’aise… au point de ne plus vouloir repartir 😊
Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et de grande qualité.

Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation.
