Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Listing

I had a very disappointing experience with this property. The room description mentioned several amenities like a fireplace and a washing machine, but none of these were available. In reality, the room was extremely basic and lacked even the minimum comfort one would expect for the price charged.

It is not worth even 50% of the amount I paid. The listing is clearly misleading, and I feel cheated. I strongly urge future guests to double-check before booking, and I request Booking.com to review such deceptive listings to protect customer trust.

Very satisfying and pleasant stay in comfortable room - strongly recommend visitors to stay here

Very professional, firendly, welcoming staff at reception, in restaurant, large room, comfortable bed, nice location, walkable distance to clean beach, eateries and other site seeing places - thoroughly enjoyed the stay and strongly recommend tourists to stay in this wonderful facility

Cons:

There is really nothing to like about this wonderful facility with very accommodative, caring friendly staff taking care of our stay and even giving good luck departing sweet. Hotel management can be proud of all their wonderful staff.

Pros:

Very polite and helpful staff in all the departments starting from Frint office to House keeping and they made our stay really comfortable and smooth.
We opted for the room with a pool and it was one of the best highlight of our stay. I would highly recommend choosing this optiin as the pool is maintained regularly.
They also have a private shack at the beach which would serve tea/coffe/ beach towel and the staff there was very polite and accommodating.
The buffet was great and so is the food price and quality.

Cons:

Ground floor rooms can be bit noisy in the morning.
