Pros:

This hotel is in a great location to get around Jember. The staff were always very helpful, especially Naviul who assisted us with everything we needed. When in Jember i will always stay here.

Pros:

Personnel sympathique, il y a eu une erreur de literie et ils ont de suite réaménager notre chambre.
La chambre était propre et nettoyée tous les jours.
La situation était pas mal.

Cons:

Ils en font beaucoup pour pas grand chose, ce n'est pas à la hauteur des photos et de ce qui est annoncé. C'est sûr que les enfants étaient impressionnés d'avoir de la barbe papa, une fontaine au chocolat et des glaces au petit déjeuner mais le gout n'y était pas spécialement.
Le restaurant du soir était immangeable, une honte!

La chambre est agréable et spacieuse. Literie confortable. Petit-déjeuner correct.

Cons:

La piscine est difficilement accessible (pas d’échelle avec des marches pour entrer et sortir de l’eau). Pas de transat. Chaises et tables en mauvais état, lattes au sol abîmées. Pas de vue agréable. Dîner très moyen (aucun soda, pizza industrielle).

Gran hotel, con piscina, un pequeño zoo y especialmente preparado para niños pequeños. Buen desayuno buffet, en mayor parte comida indonesia pero la parte de dulce les encantó a mis hijos.

Leuk hotel, vooral met kinderen
Pros:

Leuk hotel met grote lobby en ontbijtbuffet (inclusief chocoladefontijn en suikerspin).
Voor kinderen genoeg te doen!

Cons:

Je moet in het hotel voor veel zaken nog weer apart betalen (banden voor in het zwembad, dieren voeren, dieren aaien, rijden met een treintje, etc).
Ook al verblijf je als gast in het hotel.

Oke maar niet meer dan dat

Ontbijt was prima en het bed lag lekker.

Cons:

Ik denk dat wij gewoon een beetje pech hadden en een ander het misschien wel een prima hotel vindt maar wij waren niet echt tevreden. Er was een feest in de eetzaal waar veel aandacht bij nodig was en daarom hebben wij denk ik niet de aandacht kunnen krijgen die ze normaal wel geven. Dat kan gebeuren en ik denk dus een incident.
Wanneer je met kleine kinderen reist zeker een goede keuze, zijn die er niet dan zou ik een ander hotel overwegen.

Wonderfull stay for families
Pros:

Wonderful Stay for Families!

We had a great time during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was lovely — a perfect way to relax. There’s so much for the kids to enjoy, including a fun playground, a candy corner, go-karts on the roof, and even some animals to visit.

The breakfast was extensive and delicious — everything you could want was available, from fresh bread and pastries to fruit, eggs, and more. A fantastic place for both relaxation and family fun. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The staff is friendly. The location is quite strategic. They provide both car and motorbike parking underground which is quite comfortable for us. The room was clean, I enjoyed their shower too. Breakfast is perfect!

Cons:

I found some dirt spots on my bedsheet. I know they definitely already tried to clean it, but I still can see some spots on it. It's not so bad, but me personally, always make sure my bed is clean before I sleep on it. In the end I covered it using a blanket and slept without a blanket. I know maybe we can send a request to change bedsheets, but I am already too exhausted to do that. Just a suggestion, plz next time if the bedsheets are too dirty, just don't install it and replace it into a new one.

Pros:

Clean quiet room, comfortable bed. Room was very warm when I arrived, it took awhile for the AC to cool it down. Breakfast buffet was open at 6:00, lots of choices. Easy checkout.
