I didn’t like the property
Strange atmosphere, strange smells, tired and worn decor, no outlet sockets in room, didn’t even stay for the free breakfast
Everything stayed there four times great location away from the busy section from the falls
People closing doors early in the morning hours I think they should have pads on the doors so they close quietly

We liked the location and the room layout .
The rooms were very old and dusty smelled musty . The hot tub had some sludge coming out of the jets when we turned it on .
hallways were dirty and had random items in the hallway . It needs to be revamped definitely.

La chambre était agréable on sentait un peu l humidité.
Il manque du personnel je trouve que c est très vide. Le yacucci dans la picine j aurait aimé qu il sois ouvert. Et le déjeuner il manque de la variété.
The rooms were very clean. Staff was super polite and helpful. Very respectful and just a nice stay.
I wasn’t a huge fan of location but that was my fault for not realizing where the property was in the first place

Family room with three full beds was perfect for our family of 6! They were clean and comfortable and the pillows were great.
Staff were all very friendly and breakfast was good.
The pool doesn’t open until 2pm, so the kids were pretty bummed they couldn’t swim in the morning. Our windows were broken, one didn’t have a screen and the other wouldn’t close/lock.
The small refrigerator was broken and had a good size ant colony living in it. We didn’t have anything that needed refrigeration so we just left the ants to their party and went to bed.
