Pros:

i liked the continental breakfast but which it included muffins

Cons:

I didn't like that the pool was open at 2:30. I would have liked that it opened earlier. Also, I didn't like that the room wasn't cleaned by staff daily and not enough towels, we had to ask for extra. Also, we would have liked to have floor mats

Very unlikely we would be staying there in the future.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.
Loved the showerhead. Liked the overall bathroom.

Cons:

There was no one at reception. Waited approx 30 minutes for someone to show up.
Did not like there were no elevators. It was a struggle to take the luggage up the stairs.
Was looking forward to relaxing in the pool. It was not working. There was no filters, the water was stagnant.

Pros:

The breakfast sausage were great, my kids like it.

Cons:

They dont have microwave inside the room. You have to go down to reheat your food. I suggest they should have paper towels beside the microwave. There are crumbs and spills of food inside the microwave.

It was a good comfortable stay, close to attractions. Staff were friendly.
Pros:

Breakfast should also include regular tea not just green tea. Breakfast should also include fried eggs and fries or roasted potatoes, orange juice, more fruits.

Cons:

Tea should be included in the rooms too.. tea bags and hot water pot would be fine with milk, sugar too.

Cons:

The carpets were full of what appeared to be sand, when we checked in there were dirty linens and no towels. The downstairs area for breakfast had the mustiest smell.
