Great hotel in the heart of Ginza
Pros:

The location, the large room and bathroom and the spectacular view from the 12th floor. It is right outside Ginza station (C1 exit) and 2 minute from the bus stop to LabPlanet. The reception has a large sitting area where they serve delicious drinks. It is also possible to sit outside and take in the energy of the city. The staff is attentive, helpful and friendly. They serve fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Most of the staff spoke English which was very helpful.

Cons:

The food was ok, we expected better from a 4-star hotel. We didn't know until it was too late that it was possible to order a Japanese breakfast instead of the western-style one. They cater to a western clientele and the food reflects that.
