Pros:

A great experience in a well designed and well run place.
Just one simple thing that can be done to make the experience even better: Move or create a sound-proof / sound-dampening box around the water pump. Currently the pump is situated directly outside the accommodation and when people use water, the pump turns on. If you are a light sleeper (like me) this can be disturbing.

Other than that, a really great place, with warm and friendly staff, good wifi and delicious affordable food.

About a 10-15 min walk from the centre of Ponta de Ouro, makes this place feel like a getaway while still feeling connected to the town.

Charming rustic accommodation for groups.
Pros:

A rustic budget destination for the non-fussy traveller. Communal kitchen could do with some deep cleaning.

Don't stay on a South African long weekend
Pros:

Quite a distance from town but only a few minutes from the beach and easy to walk along the beach to town. Lovely location. Other guests almost spoiled it with their noise.
