Masakannya variasinya banyak, dan rasanya enak
cuma memang harus prepare untuk jaket bagi anak kecil maupun orang dewasa yang tidak kuat dingin
Laras - the young lady taking care of guests and their needs - was fantastic : helped us in so many ways like charging our cellphone ! Jobs which had nothing to do wirh the hotel itself : perfect service - togehter with her collegues Silvi and aswell Nandas : we are happy and grateful !

Absolutely nothing... Everything was just perfect.
Pool, view, gazebo, animals are well treated ( please give house for each bird, some of them are shivering during rainy night ) & give squirell more access
We got room in old building with dust smells, with balcony facing to car park. While there's new building under construction but some groups get access through official website. Also breakfast time held in new building & had access to balcony with amazing view, unfortunately it is dangerous for kids since the glass railing is not yet properly installed ( sealent between glass partition isn't done yet )
Our room shower is less comfortable, the water was not really hot & wash basin is clogged
Kids ordered 4 instant noodle from pool bar, after 30mins, only 3 came, and server lady said they has no more, while we saw piles of instant noodle is there sit in the glass rack. After we ask, she said the main kitchen upstairs has nothing left ( they didn't initiate to deliver that noodle from the pool bar upstairs )
Overall for us it's over rated & over priced

Noise at night where the people from the meeting room on 3rd floor made a lot of noises.
Found some plates, spoons, forks were quite dirty with remaining rice, sauces. The restaurant cleaniness must be improved.

Het hotel is mooi met een prachtig zwembad. Het eten was erg goed.
Er was een feest met ontzettend luide muziek. Zo erg, dat we elkaar aan tafel in het restaurant niet konden verstaan. Na verschillende keren vragen of het zachter kon, hebben we uiteindelijk om de manager gevraagd. Die nam ons volstrekt niet serieus, volgens hem was het geluid niet hard. In andere reviews lazen we dat dit vaker voorkwam. Helaas doet dit hotel dus niets met deze klachten. Erg jammer, want het is wel een mooi hotel, maar om deze reden zou ik het niet aanraden.

A beautiful stay in the Tawangmangu Mountains! Lovely and very polite staff will invite you to have a pleasant stay here. Breakfast Buffet ist really huge and very delicious, also live cooking stations available- buffet is Western and Asian style.
The rooms are spacious and the garden and Pool area is designed with much love for Detail- the panoramic view especially in the mornings and evenings to Mt. Merapi are one of the Highlights!
In the evening you have the possibility to get dinner Buffet- its just great and very delicious.
We felt really at home and the staff was helpful in every Situation - we will come again :)
