We enjoyed our stay in this charming hotel
Pros:

Lovely views from the room. Felt very in keeping with the village. Good breakfast

Cons:

The rooms were a bit hot and there wasn’t any air conditioning. However it’s a ski hotel and we were very late in the season and it was warm weather.

Votre hôtel bénéficie d'une situation centrale idéale, juste à côté d'une des plus belles et des plus grandes terrasses du lac, ensoleillée toute la journée. Chaque matin, un excellent petit-déjeuner est servi par deux personnes charmantes ! Malheureusement, de nombreux équipements et installations des chambres sont vétustes et mériteraient d'être remplacés. Le prix par nuit pour un hôtel 3 étoiles est exorbitant ! J'ai changé de chambre, trop petite pour moi, pour une chambre double et j'étais prête à payer un supplément, mais pas le montant qui m'a été facturé ! Malheureusement, la propriétaire a refusé d'écouter mes arguments et m'a interrompue sans cesse. J'ai toujours géré ma propre entreprise, mais j'étais ouverte à la discussion et à l'écoute des besoins de mes clients, et il m'arrivait aussi de devoir admettre qu'ils avaient raison. J'en ai tiré des leçons ! J'avais initialement réservé via Booking.com. La propriétaire m'a fait payer la commission Booking deux fois, et ce n'est qu'après cela que la différence de prix entre la chambre simple et la chambre double a été calculée ! De cette façon, j'ai payé plus de 20 % de plus que le prix initial pour la même chambre. En une seule semaine, cela représente une différence de plus de 120 € ! Ce n'était pas qu'une question d'argent, mais de principe ! J'ai visité d'autres hôtels dans le coin et je peux vous assurer que la direction était bien plus accueillante et les prix des chambres plus abordables ! Si je retourne à Tignes, je choisirai sans hésiter un autre hôtel ! Réfléchissez-y à deux fois avant de réserver!

Konumu çok merkezi. toplu taşıma otobüs durağına çok yakın. Ana teleski lerin çoğu yürüme mesafesinde. civarda birçok restoran ve cafe alternatifi mevcut.
