Terrible hotel – absolutely not recommended! ⚠️

The room was dirty, and the bathroom was covered in mold. The shower did not work properly, the water supply was unreliable, and when water was available, it came out rusty. There were leftover belongings from previous guests, and cockroaches in the room.

The room door had a gap of approximately 3 cm, allowing noise from the corridor to disturb our rest, along with the unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. Even more concerning, the balcony door could be opened from the outside while it was supposedly locked.

Breakfast was extremely disappointing, with no choice whatsoever. Guests were served a pre-prepared plate of steamed vegetables, one slice of cheese, and two small pieces of some questionable-looking sausage.

The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. The poor cleanliness, lack of basic facilities, insects, and unprofessional service made the stay unacceptable.

⚠️ I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Номер был грязным, а ванная комната покрыта плесенью. Душ не работал должным образом, вода постоянно пропадала, а когда появлялась, текла ржавая вода. В номере также остались вещи от предыдущих постояльцев, а кроме того, были тараканы.

В двери номера была щель примерно 3 см, из-за чего прекрасно слышны все звуки из коридора, мешающие нормально отдыхать. Также в номер проникал неприятный запах сигаретного дыма. Ещё более тревожный момент — балконная дверь открывалась снаружи, даже когда была закрыта на замок.

Завтрак — отдельное разочарование. Выбора нет вообще: гостям подают готовую тарелку с приготовленными на пару овощами, одним кусочком сыра и двумя маленькими кусочками непонятной колбасы.

Персонал неприветливый и недружелюбный.

В целом впечатления крайне негативные. Грязь, плесень, тараканы, проблемы с водой, отсутствие элементарного комфорта и плохое обслуживание делают проживание в этом отеле неприемлемым.

⚠️ Не рекомендую этот отель никому!

We arrived early and asked if we can check in early but instead checked in at 4:30 PM as the manager forgot to let clean

The 4 bed suit apartment that is advertised is actually a 3 bedroom flat somewhere away from this hotel, on top floor of an awful building, there is no lift and the building is old, on rainy day water was leaking from the ceiling, the hot water wasn’t working, water taps broken I can lost the issues but would run out of space!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to thank Mohammad, Tamara, and Abdel Hamid for their kindness, excellent service, and attention to detail. They made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable

إقامة مريحة وهادئة بسعر معقول في حي راقي ( شيشلي ).
Pros:

المكان .. وتعامل الموظفين ، خصوصاً الموظف دينيس كان متفهم ومتعاون لأقصى درجة.
وكل الطاقم ودود ومتعاون. أتمنى لهم التوفيق والنجاح. 🌹

L’hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel est vraiment gentil et accueillant, ce sont clairement les points positifs.

Cons:

gros problème de propreté. La chambre était très poussiéreuse et l’hôtel en général ne donnait pas une impression de propreté, surtout au niveau de l’espace cuisine / petit-déjeuner.

Nous avions payé en plus pour le petit-déjeuner, donc forcément on s’attendait à quelque chose d’un minimum complet. Au final : des tomates, un œuf, une sorte de pain et du thé. Franchement, pour le prix payé, c’était très décevant. En plus, l’endroit où le petit-déjeuner était préparé et servi n’était pas propre, donc ça ne donnait même pas envie de manger.
