Friendly staff, comfortable place
Pros:

Very friendly staff, especially manager Tamara - she offered to us move to bigger and more comfortable room absolutely without any charges. If need anything, staff always is ready to help you. Perfect 👏👏 Superior room contains kitchen and washing machine - quite comfortably for long term staying

Cons:

Floors (laminate) isn't in good condition at the rooms. But I saw personally that laminate replacement works are in progress and I guess in short time all rooms will have new floors

This was my first visit to Istanbul, and I was lucky to choose this hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful, the room had a street view, and the hotel was close to all essential services and on the main street.

Bed bugs and thieves! Avoid this place!
Cons:

I woke up in the middle of the night and my whole body was covered in bites and itching. I found insects in my bed! At 2 a.m., a hotel employee moved me to another room. I told him I wanted a refund and compensation for the bites. He said he was very sorry and the manager would meet with me the next day. The manager didn't meet with me the next day or the day after that. Upon my return, I asked Booking.com for help. The reply was that the hotel wouldn't refund my room or provide any compensation. I had to take time off work to see a doctor, and later I bought insect bite ointment.
This hotel ruined my visit in Istanbul and generated significant costs.
As for other issues with the room... it was very noisy, the toilet flush was broken, the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and the air conditioning didn't work.
Avoid this place!

Disappointing
Pros:

I've known this establishment for four years; it used to be much better. The management has changed, the hotel has become dirty, and the breakfast is mediocre.
Only staff was good. Thank you samara and abdel hakim

Very dirty. Smells from the toilets, no cleaning, very old sheets, old broken furniture.

The hotel was wonderful in every sense of the word. The staff were friendly, especially Tamara, who was very helpful to us, as was the employee Ahmed. They gave us a good welcome. Tamara helped us with everything. The hotel is clean and quiet, suitable for long holidays. We are regulars at the hotel on all our trips in Istanbul, and they gave us a gift on our last trip. Thank you, Tamara.
