Royal Garden Suite and Hotel

Struttura con lavori in corso. Abbiamo chiesto di mettere il sapone per le mani che di base in un hotel non deve mancare ma non ci è stato fornito.

hotel is in desperate need of renovation, everything is falling apart, but the biggest problem that they allow people smoke in the rooms so everything stinks, I had to wash all my clothes when i got back

Nu este in hotel, este la 3 străzi distanta intr un bloc, nu au parcare dar exista in apropiere cu plata si te ajuta sa ajungi la ea, nu au lift, am fost cazați la ultimul etaj din 3, curățenia lasa de dorit, nu se schimba nimic pe parcursul a celor 4 nopti, oferă o singura cheie pentru întrarea in bloc si apartament, prosoape insuficiente pentru 10 persoane,4 nopti, 2 perechi de papuci pentru 10 persoane...mai bine nu puneau, săpun in bai insuficient adică 2 degete in fiecare baie...detalii ce pot fi îmbunătățite. Au produse de curățenie...iti faci singur de când ajungi pana pleci. Este un apartament ce ar putea fi imbunatatit cu un minim efort si atenție sporita la curatenie, nu s detalii peste care nu poți trece iar prețul a fost unul atractiv.

The room offered to me was an upgrade and was a suite which apparently was not cleaned There was no locker in the room. There were hair strands all over the bed. The bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty. The lamp had 3 bulbs but only 1 was working. There was no water bottle provided in the room. I had to explicitly go to the reception to ask for it. Only after that they sent someone with the small 2 bottle of 300ml. The lady that bought the bottles, opened the door directly without knocking. There was AC and TV in the room. But no remote. The same lady provided 2 remotes for the AC. One didn't work at all and the other one just turned on the AC with beep sound and the display of that remote was not working. The AC didn't cool at all even though the temperature on the display of the AC showed 18° C. Finally after all this when I decided to sleep around 11 pm, my body started itching. When I removed the blanket from the bed. The bedsheet had a lot of dirt and hair on it. So eventually I had to go to the receptionist and show him the rashes on my back. He then apologised and gave me a key for another room and asked me to shift my stuff to that room at midnight. In the new room also there was no remote for the AC. So I called the reception and asked to send the remote and the one they bought didnt work for the AC in the new room. So eventually I had to sleep without AC.

The breakfast was cold since the plates were already prepared and kept on the table with limited items on the plate.

面对马路的房间噪音很大，洗手间淋浴龙头非常不好，里面没有茶杯、没有纸巾。

The WiFi was a bit patchy at times, so make sure you have an e-SIM data allowance prior to arriving. The room I booked could have been much better, especially considering it was a Level 3 upgrade from Booking.com. Air-conditioning was not working correctly and the radiators were on full blast, even though the outside temperature was 10c at the time [not too cold!]. The property is undergoing renovations and that is understandable, but more attention needs to be paid to rooms, and especially when you spot exposed electrical components [room phone socket] and screws above the headboard of the bed that don't look like they've any place there. Hotel has a bit more work to do, but they're on the right track.
