Once again The front desk has been so helpful with advice about where things are ;what to do ;how to get there ;cost of things Right down to things to be aware of
My Hat off to Tamara on the front desk with her sense of humour; her honesty;her Knowledge on everything. Just all round good person
Saying that the whole staff have really been great.I can't fault anyone
Everybody goes out of there way to make you comfortable and happy
Little things like this takes away the pressures of travelling

So nice and hospitable I've come back from a trip to Gallipoli and Troy and rebooked back to this friendly hotel and great location in Sisli Tamara in the front desk has been so helpful in information of where to go what to do in the neighbourhood And with tours She takes away all headaches

Great location in Şişli. Get off at Mecidiyekoy Metro and you can walk to the accommodation from there [straightforward] if you want to avoid taxi's and you're fit enough to walk. The staff were always friendly and helpful with recommendations and questions about the area. Breakfast was decent enough with plenty of cay [tea] and Türk kahvesi [coffee]. The overall room was okay if you're on a small budget and want to feel reasonably comfortable.

Recomand acest hotel. 5 minute de mers pana la stația de metrou, de unde am plecat in cedirectie am vrut. 3 zile cat am stat cu familia, am călătorit numai cu metroul, madina a stat intr-o parcare , pe care am platit-o. Micul dejun , nu foarte diversificat, dar nu te ridicai flamand, am rugat să ne încălzească lapte, si alte facilități. Curățenie in fiecare zi, prosoape schimbate. Hotelul este pe un bulevard cu multe magazine, ne-am plimbat până la ora 24, fără nici o problema. Totul a fost super bine. Va mulțumim. Revenim cu încredere la acest hotel. Prețul a fost super bun.

Были в шоке первый день,когда заселили не в те апартаменты,которые мы хотели,однако на следующий день получили наш номер,и всё стало сильно приятней) в общем,идеально по соотношению цена/ качество, персонал на высоте, уборка по запросу качественно, огромное спасибо Тамаре, которая говорит по русски, ни на одну просьбу мы не слышали отказа. Рекомендую отель.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful, largely because of the warm and caring staff. Tamara, along with two university students Obada and Abdul Hamid, were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always willing to assist us whenever we had any issues. Every time we approached the reception, Abdul Hamid and Obada would kindly come out from their desks to help us carrying the buggy, refusing to let us do it ourselves. There was a lift available to access the upper floors, which was very thoughtful.

The hotel’s location was perfect—central and convenient, close to the Metro and bus station, making it easy for us to explore various attractions. I can’t fully express how much I enjoyed my time at this property. If I return to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again, mainly because of the wonderful staff.

The room was very clean, spacious, and included a balcony, which was lovely for enjoying a cup of tea in the late evening. My two children enjoyed playing in the room as well. Overall, this experience was filled with kindness and comfort, making my stay truly special.
