This is a 3-star hotel with all the basic amenities one would expect. The highlight of the stay is definitely the room size – they are large, spacious, and come with big windows that allow ample sunlight. You really don’t need to switch on the lights during the day, which gives the rooms a bright and airy feel. The rooms also have an effective central air-conditioning system, which keeps them cool and comfortable even during the hot Rameshwaram afternoons.
The beds are comfortable, with clean linen and good-quality pillows. An extra bed can also be added without compromising on space, thanks to the generous room size. Each room comes with a television, a separate dressing table with mirror, a wooden cupboard, and in-room tea/coffee supplies with an electric kettle – making it convenient for guests.
The washrooms are equally spacious, equipped with a shower, basic toiletries, and even a bucket and mug, which is a thoughtful addition for families or traditional users. Ventilation in the bathrooms is notably good, which adds to the comfort of the stay.
The hotel also houses an in-house restaurant. Breakfast is primarily South Indian cuisine, while North Indian dishes are served at dinner. The taste, however, is fairly average and may not appeal to everyone. The breakfast buffet is limited and honestly skippable. Thankfully, there are other eateries and food joints nearby that provide better dining options.
On the service side, the hospitality is warm as expected from a 3-star property in Rameshwaram. The room service staff are locals and may not be very fluent in English, Hindi, or other languages, but they do their best to assist with a smile.

Overall Verdict: A good hotel to stay in Rameshwaram if you’re looking for spacious rooms, effective air-conditioning, and basic facilities at a reasonable price point. The food is the weakest link, and most travelers may prefer dining outside.

Good hotel conveniently located on main road. Staff friendly . Dining options are quite a few . Room amenities optimum .

The venue is in one of the prime locations , Good car parking and the rooms are clean and well maintained
The accessibility bathroom is not up to the mark for wheelchair persons but manageable

Terrible administration and Service. We had a blocked toilet! Reported to the front desk and they could not get a plumber to repair it. They were not even apologetic and did not offer an alternate plan. Restaurant and service were poor! Highly over-priced hotel.

Good thing this hotel has is accommodation for drivers. Overall hotel is average, their reception didn't have A/C. Some door repair work was going on. Room is spacious, but restrooms/washroom aren't spacious.

Stayed at Hotel Arjunaa for 2 nights with family. Overall appearance of the hotel is good. Room was decent size. Bed was comfortable. Washroom was clean. Hotel does have restaurant in the building but have limited cuisines. Other dining options nearby hotel are very limited.

The hotel was very good but they need to improve on some things like have freezer in the room so that people can have cold drinks in hot weather

They should provide spoons for making tea or coffe

This is a beautiful hotel with marble floors and plenty of room for storage. The staff are very accommodating and anxious to resolve any issues. The included morning breakfast is great, and the restaurant is available for lunches and dinners also.The only real glitch. Was that the Internet connection in the room kept dropping... and I was told that this was a problem for all of Rameshvaram because of the connectivity between the island and mainland is limited. I did have better results in the lobby area. Other than that, it's a great stay.

Very Horrible experience we had..
They want to stay as per their convenience not as per customers wish.
Unprofessional behaviour by the staffs.. charging premium with low standards in approach as well as way they behave is better then normal hotels..

Restaurant will not serve allocate for break fast.. they serve only buffet which is not again value for Money..

Over all staffs approach will be rude

Rameshwaram must visit place.. but find better hotel to stay

Highly unprofessional staff with wrong attitude and less support ..no value for money ...and no hospitality while receiving the guest ..never suggest this to any of the guests .only rooms are bigger but facilities are not good ..food average

A very simple hotel with big size rooms accomodating two person with seperate beds. Complementary half half litre two bislery water bottle two tatly tea bags with milk powder, sugar and also two packet Nescafe pouch. Two dental packet and two sop packet, having twenty four hrs hot and cold water supply also centralised sir conditioners. Resturent provides simple Verity of food not so good or bad. May be suitable for the middle classes. In fact it is one of the better accomodation in Rameshwaram, just on Road side.vHotelbambience is simple neat and clean.

Only looks good from outside with lights.
When we arrived none there to pick bags. None at reception. Took a while for them to figure out how should they react and who should act. Rooms are getting old or in right words not well maintained.
Housekeeping: Ask for extra blanket and they say they charge ₹400 (not bed only blanket). Yes extra charge for extra blanket, towel. Plus additional charge is stained during stay.
Restaurant is small which accommodates in house as well outside guests. Ask for room service and high possibility you will hear only excuses not the order.
In one liner Overall Lack of adequate staff, lack of service quality and lack of professionalism.
Good thing is they have adequate place for drivers stay and rest room.
Location is good on the main road and nearer to temple.
