Room was lovely and very clean. Great location for Lions rock and easy to get into town with a Tuktuk. The pool was lovely and the food was amazing! Thanks so much to the staff for an incredible stay, nothing was ever too much trouble.
Building work going on during the day was loud around the pool but didn’t affect our stay.

Der Pool mit dem Ausblick auf den Lions Rock ist natürlich das Highlight! Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat gut funktioniert aber etwas getropft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man hat uns zu einem totalen fairen Preis einen Transport vom Flughafen sowie weiter nach Kandy organisiert. Zu bedenken: Nie im Dunkeln zu Fuß unterwegs sein, immer ein Tuktuk nehmen wegen der wilden Elefanten!
Das Zimmer war leider nicht ganz so toll wie erwartet. Man muss dazusagen ich glaube wir hatten eher ein altes Zimmer. Aber es hat im Badezimmer fürchterlich nach Kanal gestunken - mit offenem Fenster geht es aber man hat dann natürlich viele Mücken im Raum. Über dem Bett ist aber ein Mosquitonetz, also auch halb so wild. Leider wird derzeit im Hotel noch viel gearbeitet und gebaut, also ist es nicht zwangsläufig ruhig am Pool oder im Zimmer.
Traumhafte Anlage mit schönem Pool und super Blick auf den Lions Rock
- Gestank im Bad, der vom Abfluss des Waschbeckens kam.
- Klimaanlage sehr laut mit knackenden/knallenden Geräuschen
- Bett hat sehr laut geknarrt bei jeder Bewegung
Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und äußerst bemüht. Sie haben bei allen Anliegen geholfen und wusste immer eine Lösung. Das Essen im Hotel war auch äußerst Lecker und der Pool sauber und sehr groß. Die Safari über das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert!!!

I havde booket et familieværelse. Billederne fra booking var ikke retvisende . Poolen var ikke den der var taget billeder af , det var nabo-hotellet. Så billerne er en kombination af de to hoteller . Værelset var mørkt, beskidt og ikke værd at bo i. Vi flyttede derfra .
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Schöner Pool mit Blick auf den Lion Rock. Tolle und günstige Möglichkeit eine Safari zu unternehmen (mit unglaublich vielen Elefanten).
Leider sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Garten gleicht einer Baustelle

敷地内に大きな岩があり、そこからシギリアとピドゥンガラロックが見える。この岩にはほとんど人が来ないので絶景を独り占め。
サンライズもサンセットもどちらも本当に綺麗。
シギリア絶景に癒されたい方にはかなりお勧め。他では見られない景色！

Bathroom had a lot of flies.
- Great location and panaroma: From the pool and some balconies you have a direct view to Lion Rock.
- Sorrounded by nature: We saw monkeys and wild peacocks on the premises
- Nice pool: Well-maintained, refreshing pool.
- Comfortable rooms: Super-tidy, air-con, well-furnished, decent mosquito nets
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Very tasty dinner (we recommend the curry) and breakfast
Suggestions for further improvement:
- extra pool towels
- the fruit plate dessert could be bigger for the prize
