Quiet and comfy and peaceful stay. Wonderful staff at hotel.
Pros:

No breakfast just complementary coffee, water, teas, juice, croissant, chocolate cup cake. There are bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants nearby if you want to have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Cons:

No wash towels provided but it's not deal breaker. In fact, most hotels in Barcelona do not provide wash towels. You get face towels and dry towels and floor towels. Plenty of soap and shampoo. Good hot water for shower.

it was very nice and homely
Pros:

Firstly, Jordi welcomed us and we saw him throughout our stay on reception and he was so helpful and lovely. They provide water refills and being hot we were asking him all the time for refills and he never made us feel annoying. The room was spacious enough for 2 big suitcases and spotlessly clean. It felt very secure too when the riff raff on the street became overwhelming.

Cons:

The air con really struggled. we stayed in the heatwave so would go out in the morning then want to spend the afternoon in the room before going out again in the evening. the air con struggled with us both in there for hours at a time but it was tolerable.

Pros:

Só tive problemas com o box da duche q fazava água por baixo e molhou bastante o chão.
Localização excelente para quem quer quer caminhar pelo bairro gótico e arredores.
Funcionários atenciosos.

Great Boutique Hotel in the heart of the Gothic Quarter
Pros:

Arrival you don't know what to expect due to the entrance to the gallery but once you come out of the lift you will be wow'd by what you see and how you are welcomed. The finish and the cleanliness is brilliant and the facilities are all to high speec.

Cons:

We had a problem with our aircon it didnt seem to be working but this hopefully will be a quick fix

Pros:

La decoración súper bonita y acogedora, la cama muy cómoda, me encanta que haya doble almohada y sábanas blancas de algodón súper suaves, la entrada un poco extraña, porque el hotel está en el primer piso de un edificio, pero no fue un problema, lo encontré enseguida, la situación también me gustó! En pleno corazón de la ciudad vieja de Barcelona a muy pocos metros de la catedral.
El personal también muy atento y ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitamos.

Cons:

Por poner algo….la habitación que me tocó era muy pequeña, y como viajé con mí madre, me hubiese gustado que desponieran de habitaciones con dos camas y alguna silla donde poder sentarse.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Konumu her yere yakındı, yorumlarda yazılanlar gibi sokakta güvensiz bir durum yaşamadık.
Pros:

Konumu, odanın genişliği, temizliği gayet iyiydi. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü.

Cons:

Banyo yaparken tüm suyun dışarıya çıkması nedeniyle her yer ıslandı. Bunu sevmedik. Ayrıca odada ya da banyoda havluları asacak yer olmamalısı da kötüydü. Ayrıca odada tek kullanımlık terliklerin de olmaması kötüydü.
