Rapporto qualità prezzo é deludente, la piscina sul roof dalle foto di booking sembra fantastica invece é piccolissima e non é come in foto per niente
Usciva poca acqua dalla doccia ci sono macchie sulle lenzuola e sui I muri la pulizia scarseggia.
INFINE LA COSA PIÙ TERRIBILE É CHE IL GIORNO DEL CHE K OUT AVEVAMO IL BUS ALLE 6:55 E NON FACEVAMO IN TEMPO A FARE COLAZIONE E VOLEVAMO PORTARCI AL VOLO 2 PANINI E IL CAFFE DALLA NOSTRA COLAZIONE GIÀ INCLUSA E PAGATA, CI É STATO DETTO CHE NON POTEVAMO E DOBBIAMO PAGARE I DUE PANINI DELLA COLAZIONE CHE ABBIAMO GIÁ PAGATO (QUINDI PAGARE LA COLAZIONE DUE VOLTE SOLO PER PORTARE VIA DUE PANINI!) ASSURDO E VERGOGNOSO.
Tornando indietro non lo sceglierei una seconda volta a questo prezzo sicuramente potevo trovare molto di meglio.

La iluminación en las habitaciones , ya que si quieres trabajar la luz no es apropiada es muy poca y muy tenue lo que te hace imposible relizar tu trabajo

Pros:

La atención del personal de recepción, excelente, estoy agradecida por su gentileza.
El servicio de transporte está muy bien ,puntual.
La ubicación del hotel está muy bien.

Cons:

En la habitación el techo estaba muy ,muy sucio.
La limpieza del baño debe mejorar sustancialmente así como el olor de la coladera de la regadera.
Las toallas súper viejitas .

The tv did not work. They did not let us up to the pool. The shower water was cold. I told the maintenance people and they did not care.

Buena ubicación.
Pros:

Muy buen hotel, está muy bien ubicado y en la parte de abajo tienen un área de restaurantes muy padre. La alberca del roof está cómoda y con una vista bellisima. Sin duda volvería.

Buena ubicación!
Pros:

Considero que el desayuno estaba bien y son claros con lo que ofrecen, también hay opciones de pago. El personal del restaurante es muy atento y siempre estuvieron pendientes de las necesidades aún en hora pico. La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

En varias ocasiones me he hospedado aquí por trabajo, siento que quizás le falta ya un poco de mantenimiento , no quita las comodidades pero quizás ya el tiempo que tiene el hotel.

Merida is not nice city
Pros:

I liked the hotel, it was very comfortable and beautiful.

Cons:

One night we got very loud neighbours so we decided to left one day before becouse even the staff couldn't handle them. Merida is not the nicest city...I recommend you to stay somewhere else.

Pros:

Zeer goed ontbijt, leuk rooftopzwembad (niet groot maar voldoende om even af te koelen), leuke ligbedden en eivormige liungebedden met afdak op rooftop, heel vriendelijk personeel dat Engels spreekt, parking onder complex

Ligt wat ver van het centrum, we hebben een uber genomen want te warm om te wandelen

Buen hotel para descansar 2 noches
Pros:

Es una excelente opción para pasar 2-3 noches. Tiene una excelente ubicacion y como extra muy bueno, que esta la estacion de ADO en la planta baja de la plaza donde esta el hotel. Puedes ir y venir al aeropuerto sin problema, de hecho nosotros llegamos directo de Cancún ahi.

Cons:

Estan algunas habitaciones en construcción, el pasillo huele a pegamento y pintura, y a veces ves pasar trabajadores, al menos en la habitacion en la que estabamos nosotros.
No consumimos del desayuno pero se veía abundante y basico, habia demasiada gente y ruido.
Las habitaciones no tienen cortesias como crema, gorra de baño, etc. se venden en las maquinas dispensadoras.
En general es un buen hotel de paso.
