Merida is not nice city
Pros:

I liked the hotel, it was very comfortable and beautiful.

Cons:

One night we got very loud neighbours so we decided to left one day before becouse even the staff couldn't handle them. Merida is not the nicest city...I recommend you to stay somewhere else.

Buen hotel para descansar 2 noches
Pros:

Es una excelente opción para pasar 2-3 noches. Tiene una excelente ubicacion y como extra muy bueno, que esta la estacion de ADO en la planta baja de la plaza donde esta el hotel. Puedes ir y venir al aeropuerto sin problema, de hecho nosotros llegamos directo de Cancún ahi.

Cons:

Estan algunas habitaciones en construcción, el pasillo huele a pegamento y pintura, y a veces ves pasar trabajadores, al menos en la habitacion en la que estabamos nosotros.
No consumimos del desayuno pero se veía abundante y basico, habia demasiada gente y ruido.
Las habitaciones no tienen cortesias como crema, gorra de baño, etc. se venden en las maquinas dispensadoras.
En general es un buen hotel de paso.

Pros:

Zeer goed ontbijt, leuk rooftopzwembad (niet groot maar voldoende om even af te koelen), leuke ligbedden en eivormige liungebedden met afdak op rooftop, heel vriendelijk personeel dat Engels spreekt, parking onder complex

Cons:

Ligt wat ver van het centrum, we hebben een uber genomen want te warm om te wandelen

Pros:

Bon emplacement, parking sous-terrain facilement accessible et gratuit, chambre et SDB très propres et calmes. Des rideaux occultants : enfin du noir total pour dormir !

Cons:

L'offre du petit-déjeuner compris est vraiment juste : des oeufs, des haricots, des toasts et quelques options froides (jambon, tomates, yaourt, quelques fruits), pas de viennoiseries, ni de panecakes, pas de bacon non plus. L'offre la plus restreinte que nous ayons eu jusqu'à présent.
La piscine manque d'ombre et les matelas des chaises longues pourraient être remplacés (ce n'est pas ou plus vraiment comme sur les photos).

No todo es bonito
Pros:

La ubicación

Cons:

Un dia me dejaron toallas muy usadas se estaban desgarrado de lo viejas y otro dia olvidaron dejarme toallas , el rollo de papel sanitario muy pequeño y delgado
El hotel saca de un apuro pero nada mas. Tienen mucho que mejprar.

Uncomfortable sleep with the perfect location.
Pros:

Loved the location and the restaurants around it. Breakfast is included. The rooftop view was amazing! Entertainment outside was a plus.

Cons:

The bed was extremely hard. I’m a side sleeper and woke up in a lot of pain. They don’t give you much TP and Kleenex. We often ran out and I had to buy my own. Also, the breakfast is very basic and the same everyday. Not that great. The pool is very tiny. Room could have used refrigerator or microwave. Didn’t care for the see through doors in the bathrooms.

The locación was awesome, lovely bed and pillow to rest!!! Plus: the check out time is quite convenient

Cons:

There was a water leak in the toilet, and the air conditioner was running at full power, so I had to report it as soon as I arrived. After that, the toilet stopped working.

Deficiente señal de Internet sin conexión para ver Netflix o Amazon Prime.
Pros:

Esta aceptable tiene que mejorar el cuarto aceptable cómodo y buen espacio igual que el baño solamente una botella de agua sin vasos sin café no cafetera en el cuarto para 2 o 3 personas no es aceptable.

Cons:

Sin Internet que el ingeniero va a componerlo se la pasaron de turno en turno dando evasivas o no sabían o no querían decirlo; hasta que amablemente el turno nocturno fue al cuarto y chequeo que no había conexión a Internet me ofrecieron cambiarme amablemente pero les dije que NO.
