do quarto, achei bem aconchegante! e do atendimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

só achei que o elevador demora bastante pra descer/subir quando chamamos e que existem poucos, muitas vezes algum estava em manutenção, o que diminuía mais ainda o embarque.

Boa, porém a questão dos elevadores complicaram muito a situação

Do fato de ter jogos na recepção e o bar 24h

Cons:

Elevadores, hotel enorme, com 3 elevadores, porém apenas um funcionando, resultado, super lotação, fiquei hospedado no sétimos andar e precisei descer de escada 3 vezes no mesmo dia, era impossível pegar o elevador.
