Ni más ni menos que lo que esperaba.
Pros:

Todo estaba de acuerdo a lo esperado, no más que eso. Excepto el tema de los ruidos.

Cons:

Pedí expresamente una habitación silenciosa y me dieron una justo frente al ascensor, donde muchos pasajeros bajaban osubían al mismo hablando fuerte y haciendo ruido.

You can't get a better hotel in SP for this money.
Pros:

The location is very good, walking distance to a Metro and train station and also near two main roads, it is only about 15-20 mins to the center of SP. The staff is nice and helpful and the hotel is clean. They have a bar/restaurant 24 hrs. (I think)

Cons:

The shower wasn't ideal, hot water fluctuate too hot, too cold... the room is ok for a quick stay but pretty small, the TV is pretty old too.
