Pros:

The apartment was amazing & the view fabulous.

Cons:

There was no shower gel, shampoo or hand soap in either of the bathrooms. Admittedly only a small thing, but they were all supposed to be supplied.

Location was great!

No stores or restaurants inside. Shower wash and conditioner were completely out in the master bathroom and the shower light was burned out.

Views and atmosphere were all wonderful.

Cons:

Access to the wrong grill was given. therefore, we were yelled at by a grumpy old man who didn't let us finish cooking our meal. He was literally rude and hateful!!

Great place for the right number of people
Cons:

I thought the 2 twin bed description was a little deceiving. We were all looking for the 2nd twin bed in one of the rooms. But it turned out to be a pullout twin bed under the other one. Thank God one of my team members didn't show up otherwise I'd been embarrassed to have them sleep in that rollout low to the ground bed.

The condo was so nice, clean, and roomy. LOVE this place and we will be back!
Pros:

We LOVE the Sapphire Condo resort. Very clean, serene, beautiful clean pool. The location is great and I love the condo we stayed in. We will definitely be back!!!

Cons:

I wish there was a bar on the Sapphire condo side. We had to walk over to the neighboring bar/restaurant. That was the only downside.

Staying on South Padre Island during anyone’s vacation is extravagant!
Pros:

Million dollar views, great all around access, accommodations for my family were met.

Cons:

1. Dusty (major build up).
2. Pictures don’t match actual.
3. Someone entered without my knowledge or consent.
4. MB tub NO cold water.
5. Blinds broken obscured views.
6. Sliding glass door to balcony nearly inoperable.
7. Beds were not something you would expect in this caliber of a condo.
8. Overall cleanliness was sub par for professional rental standards.
9. Multiple Overflowing roll- off dumpsters in parking area.

Hotel was beautiful, but hotel workers where horrible.

It was really clean beautiful

Cons:

Worker from the hotel where horrible. They where highly unhelpful, a lot of swearing, and mean. Pool rules made absolutely no sense. Very strict even though the pool in basically for having fun.
