Any other hotel around this area is better than this one.
Pros:

Nothing really. It was all that was available.
It was close to quite a few restaurants.

Cons:

Quite a bit.
It’s got a weird entry with the front desk on the second floor.
You have to pay for parking and it’s restricted to between 3.30 pm and 10 am which is inconvenient.
I went to use the Onsen at 9 pm and it was only big enough for 5 people. Unfortunately there was 20 people trying to use it.
With regards to breakfast that was a debacle. First Booking.com advertises it as having “breakfast available” as part of the attributes of the room. That’s actually false advertising as the breakfast is only available if you pay an extra 2000 yen each which they don’t say. If this has been properly worded it would have listed the price after the wording. If I had known breakfast was not part of the price I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. I think it’s partly booking.com ‘s fault for letting them word it this way but it’s also dishonest on the part of the hotel.
We did go up for the breakfast when it opened and would have paid the extra but there was around 100 people there with 50 people waiting in the line. I doubt there would have been any food left for us so luckily we didn’t proceed with that and found a much better breakfast in a place nearby.
Also it was extremely expensive for what it offered though it was a weekend.

快適でした！
Pros:

ビジネスホテルに浴場設備があり、それほど広くはないですが、疲れを癒す事が出来ました。部屋に加湿器があったのも助かりました。
ホテルの近くに、ほっとなる横丁という屋台村があり、楽しくお酒が飲めました！また1階にローソンがあるのも助かりました！

Cons:

車だったので不便さはなかったのですが、山形駅からは少し遠いようです。

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, and the hotel is clean. I booked a room on the smokers' floor as it was the last one left, but to my great surprise, the room didn't smell at all. Also, on the ground floor, there is a small onsen that customers can access at no extra cost.

Cons:

I have nothing bad or negative to report
