Ashavana Nest Hostel

Lovely relaxed set up.
All check in and arrival was done via WhatsApp, whereas I think a personal hello would be better, where you could then explain where everything is etc.
Breakfast is some cereal, toast, jam, tea, coffee which is left in the kitchen to help yourself.
No organised groups/ events here which was fine for me but I know others wanted more prompts to get to know other people. Having optional activities might be useful.

Das Hostel hat eine gute Lage in El Medano und bietet sich an für einen kurzen Besuch. Es hat leider nur 2 Badezimmer und der Aufenthaltsraum befindet sich im Flur mit ein paar Tischen und Stühlen. Kann es aber für einen kurzen Besuch weiterempfehlen.

The continental breakfast was a lie.because it was nonexisting.the nice photo of the nice breakfast was just a scam. There is no breakfast whatsoever and it shouldn’t be written in the ad that there is a free breakfast.

Good location

Bonne emplacement. Personne à la réception. Cuisine malpropre. Seulement 2 salle de bain pour la tout l’hostel ce qui n’est clairement pas assez. Rooftop aucunement aménagé. Beaucoup d’amélioration possible. Tout de même très bien situé.

Peut de mesure en période de covid.

El Medano er et fantastisk sted for unge, ældre, børnefamilier og hippier

Its was clean , staff were friendly and helpful, its a very well situated part of town ,which is very quaint Spanish but with some lovely bars and restaurants at hand , if you kite board, surf , wind surf, this is great place.

Great central location, but hostel is cramped and dirty, only 2 showers for 30+ people, waite dover an hour just to use the toilet. Cold in winter, no heating and no proper blankets provided.

I was in room 1 and it was directly right next to the street, a bit noisy somehow, but I fell asleep super quick! Room was clean and cozy! Super super close to the beach, didn’t expect that!

Le menage est fait tout les jours voir plusieurs fois dans les salles de bains

Séjour agréable. Notre chambre était joliment décorée. C'est une sorte d'auberge de jeunesse où nous avons eu le calme dès 22 h. Nous avons apprécié la literie (la meilleure de tout notre séjour à Tenerife). Elle est très bien placée en centre ville, tout près de la mer. Le point noir ce sont les WC dans les 2 seules salles de bain ; vraiment trop juste. Pas de parking et il n'est pas facile de se garer dans la ville.

Le petit déjeuner manque de produits sains : trop de saloperies sucrées

Very, very clean but simple dorm type (and private) accommodation. Kind, respectful and young live-in owner/managers catering to a wide range of laid-back guests..Very quiet at night, good sleep. Basic breakfast with very good coffee! Highly recommended.
