Perfecto lugar para desconectarte
Pros:

Un hotel acogedor, con las recamaras amplias limpias y equipadas con todo lo que necesitas. La alberca es climatizada y tiene una gran vista. Todos son muy amables en el hotel. Me gustó la ubicación ya que al cruzar la calle, al estar al final de la bahía la playa estaba sola, con arena suave y el oleaje no tan fuerte.

Cons:

Se podría mejorar el servicio de apoyarte a subir tus maletas a los cuartos. También la limpieza en la zona de la alberca. Vimos comida tirada que estuvo ahí 3 días. El servicio de bar y restaurante podría cerrar más tarde.

Sweet and sour
Pros:

Gardens and the pool are beautiful. Check in at the reception was excellent, the guy there was very friendly and provided us a lot of useful information.

Cons:

The check out process, as many hotels or other places you leave an amount of money as deposit for incidents. So the lady at the reception was a bit weirder, I got the impression she wanted to find something bad at the room to keep the deposit. Asking the cleaning lady to check the room, it was an uncomfortable situation, wasting my time with some old and worn out bed sheets, at the end I got it back. I bit disappointing such incident, spoiling our great time there. Perhaps I won’t get the chain again. Cm

Pleasant, good location, nice staff…average around pool experience…should be way better.

Pros:

The room is spacious and offers a lovely ocean view, and the maid provides daily cleaning and tidying services.

Cons:

The kitchen amenities are somewhat limited, featuring one pot and one pan without lids, along with two sets of dishes and small bowls. Please note that salt and black pepper are not provided in the room. There is no ice maker, and the refrigerator is smaller compared to those found in other hotels I have previously rented, which offered more comprehensive kitchen provisions. Additionally, there is no dedicated makeup desk, necessitating the use of the bathroom mirror, which offers limited space around the sink. The couch faces the wall towards the jungle; if you switch sides with the kitchen, you will have a better view of the ocean.

La piscina tiene el agua climatizada y la habitación de lo mejor, son nuevas, espaciosas y cómodas. Están frente a la playa, un restaurante de enfrente del hotel les provee servicio de comida la cual esta buena, el hotel esta a cinco minutos del centro. Tienen servicio de comida de un restaurante frente al hotel a pie de playa, los desayunos buenos, si compras el desayuno incluido, te conviene más que pagarlo por tu cuenta. Caminando a cinco minutos esta la playa de los muertos.

Pros:

The room was amazing. The staff were also amazingly helpful and kind. View is outstanding - really really beautiful. The location is perfect, so close to the beach. Loved it!

Cons:

It is low season but the service at the pool was a little un attentive. The only other thing is the wifi - we had to work two days that we were there and the wifi was really weak.

Great location and nice property!
Pros:

Awesome location. Very walkable. Close to entertainment, bars, restaurants, and shopping, but removed enough that it was very quiet at night. The massage therapist Tamara is also incredible!

Cons:

Cleaning staff cleaned too much, to the point where I couldn’t find several personal items on multiple occasions. My used underwear had been moved and that felt a bit violating.

Cons:

Awesome staff and location. Pool was amazing, pretty much everything was great! We had an enormous suite and big kitchen space. Each room had its own bath. Really nice.

Un hotel excelente para pasar una relajante estadía
Pros:

Nos gustó el lugar un poco apartado del ruido del centro y la corta distancia para visitar la playa Los Muertos. Las instalaciones muy limpias, la alberca con una linda vista a el mar, el personal muy atento y que cuente con estacionamiento es un plus

We will definitely go back to the same hotel and would recommend it to friends.
Pros:

This Hotel was everything it said it would be. It was across the road from the beach with stunning views of the beach and surrounds from the pool deck. The pool was great and bar and menus was excellent. staff at the front desk went out of their way to help you. Great position.
