Unterkunft ist Aufwand und Gebühren nicht wert.
Pros:

Lage am Strand ist okay aber nicht speziell in dem Ort. Parkplatz konnte vorab reserviert werden.

Cons:

Wir haben probiert während der Ausnahmesituation in Jalisco den Aufenthalt zu stornieren oder zeitlich zu verschieben. Beides wurde vom Hotel abgelehnt bis sich Booking.com eingeschaltet hat. Das Zimmer hatte weder Gartenblick wie gebucht noch war es ruhig. Man hörte alles auf dem Gang. Es wurde eine Gebühr genommen falls es Sonnencreme, Lotion oder andere Sachen auf dem Bettlaken hat.

Disappointing for the significant cost

The location was great. It was very close to the downtown area.

Cons:

The photos on the website are of the Penthouse and Jr Suite. "Ocean view" room (not penthouse) is actually a 3 foot peak a boo view through trees and buildings. There is NO hot tub on the property unless you upgrade to a room with a hot tub.

The 'heated' pool is ice cold and was more like an ice plunge pool.

The door to your room has a keypad and no deadbolt or way to lock the door or lock the keypad. So anyone with a code can come in any time. We came back several times to an unlocked door. Not sure if it was a broken keypad or something else.

Patio lights strobe on and off every time ANYONE walks near the building. No way to use the patio without being blinded every couple of minutes.

The safe requires opening the battery compartment on the back of the door to set a code. And if you don't close the compartment all the way the batteries fall out and the safe won't open. Have used hotel safes on six continents and have never seen a safe that works like this.

No electrical outlets on one side of the room/bed so bring at least a 12 foot extension cord with you.

There is a steep walkway, a lot of stairs and then a very steep sidewalk followed by more stairs to cover before getting to the elevator.

The list of potential charges for soiling a towel or a sheet is ridiculously extensive and overpriced. Terrified of soiling anything in the room. I wouldn't dare open a bottle of red wine unless you're prepared to buy new linens for them.

The room is doused in some scent that is absolutely nauseating. A sickly sweet perfume scent that was overwhelming in every room.

If you use WIFI plan on one bar or no service at all. Every time it drops you have to re-enter all your private information and also must delete your browsing history to reset it.

During our stay we left for two nights to stay elsewhere because the volume of the issues noted was overwhelming.

We had a nice time, it was a great location, staff were lovely, and the food at the beach restaurant was fa.

I really wish there were night stand lamps, and drawers for clothes.

Beautiful view. Nice pool and bar. We liked that we could rent golf cart right at the hotel

Wonderful place to stay in Sayulita - we would stay here again!
Pros:

Location is wonderful, pool is nice, and staff was very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

There was a strong smell from cleaning products that made it difficult to sleep the first couple of nights.

Nice hotel with beautiful pool for sunning
Pros:

Beautiful pool area and lush, jungle like surroundings. Very spacious junior suite with terrace and jacuzzi. Optimally located only a short walk to town and the lively night scene. Baklava, the restaurant across from the hotel was convenient for breakfast and lunch. Pepe the bartender was attentive and friendly as was front desk staff.

Cons:

I wish this was an adults only hotel. I got one peaceful day and night before a young couple and their 3 year old checked in two doors down from me. My luck that the only couple with screaming kid is placed so near to me. I was not the only one talking about it among the guests. There were no lamps on the nightstands so the only light was overhead lights - not nice. Fortunately I brought a book light so I could read.

I would stay there again in a heart beat.
Pros:

First and foremost the staff is exceptional: Elias, Ninfa and Malena go above and beyond. The location is great.

Cons:

The room I was in had poor sound quality
- and it didn’t help to have a young child screaming at times.

Pros:

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. The room was large and spacious. The pool could have been a little bit warmer, but we did go in the month of January. It was so peaceful. I definitely recommend this part of town, and the Jacuzzi tub on the balcony was absolutely amazing.

Un fin de semana agradable
Pros:

La habitación estuvo muy cómoda, todo fueron muy amables y alegres, Ninfa nos tendió súper bien y nos explicó las promociones con las que cuentan, aunque están pequeñas las áreas exteriores, están muy agradables.

Cons:

Al llegar fue otra persona quien nos recibió y no nos explicó mucho de la comida ya que el hotel no cuenta con restaurante; mi pareja y yo celebramos nuestro aniversario, cuando hice la reservación lo agregué y al principió me contestaron que nos podrían poner algo que no generaba costo pero después me llegaron mensajes con paquetes y sus costos, no pedí ningún paquete en especial así que no nos pusieron nada de nada.
Estuvimos en una habitación con jacuzzi, estuvo muy bien solamente que donde estábamos muy abajo y no teníamos buena vista ya que las palmas lo tapaban.
