This Hotel was everything it said it would be. It was across the road from the beach with stunning views of the beach and surrounds from the pool deck. The pool was great and bar and menus was excellent. staff at the front desk went out of their way to help you. Great position.
Surpassed my expectations
Not enough drinking water
Beautiful property. Nice pool. Great location.
Everything was wonderful. I thought the poolwater was too warm but my wife loved it. Sorry. Couldn’t come up with something else I didn’t like. They don’t let anybody in if you’re not a paying guest. Keep that in mind if you want to invite someone over. They offer a day-pass though.
Our four-day stay at Hotel Ysuri was absolutely wonderful. The hospitality here is top-tier; the staff greeted us warmly with a smile every morning, afternoon, and evening. A special shoutout to Erik and NiFa at the front desk, who were always available to ensure our needs were met and provided invaluable local knowledge and insider tips about the area. The location is perfect for food lovers—the hotel is surrounded by incredible dining options. We ate out for four days straight and never had to repeat a single restaurant. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sayulita!
This property is breathtaking, the pool it’s incredible, very secure and private only guest can have access to the hotel, they have a code at the entrance door so for us it was a plus, we felt so safe our entire stay, the stag was very attentive to all your needs, walking distance from town, and steps away from the beach, across the street there is this beautiful restaurant where you can eat right on the beach, book your room on this site because if you do it on their site or on the property it’s more expensive
We loved everything
Close to the beach.
We thought we booked a room with a balcony jacuzzi, but that’s not what we got. We were willing to pay a little more, but the property wanted $100 a night more, even though the price difference on booking is $20 a night more. The internet never worked in our room. The hotel is not actually on the beach; it’s located on a busy and somewhat dangerous (traffic wise) road. It’s a bit of a walk to get to anything in town. One of the room cleaners was very rude, but the other one was very nice. There was a guy with a leaf blower or broom constantly making noise right in front of our slider. Good at the pool was overpriced and not very good. The facilities were nice, but there are better deals elsewhere.
The location was perfect!
Staff, check in, all was excellent
Excellent location- quiet for Sayulita. Generally excellent service. Nice rooms
Room wasn't ready at checkin time, even though occupancy was fairly low. A/C didn't work- this may have been related to the fact that power in the area was very low voltage when I arrived. However, even after power returned to normal, the a/c still didn't work
Como siempre la ubicación
Que en el area de alberca no mantienen limpio el lugar despues de las 5pm
I loved being on the edge of town, making it easy to get to restaurants/bars, but it was also quiet as it was far enough away that we couldn't hear loud parties/revellers. The breakfast/restaurant across the street served wonderful food. Loved the coffee offered in the room, that made all the difference in the world!
Our shower didn't drain, so that was a bit of a nuisance.
Mostly - asking for a taxi to get to our next hotel was the biggest issue. We were left waiting for over 30 mins, told there was only "one number" they could call...but when I called for a taxi, I got one to pick us up within 10 mins. I feel like this is a very low bar for a hotel...they should be able to contact and arrange a taxi from a variety of vendors.
The hotel was immaculate and the location is amazing. The staff were very nice. The pool is beautiful
There aren’t any lights by the beds. The hanging pendants are decorative only so it’s hard to read at night. Also no desk in the room and only one small hook in the bathroom. It’d be nice to have more places to hang wet swimsuits and towels
Cudos for the whole staff. 10 points for Nimfa and Melena. Great spot if you look for quiet and comfort.
Everything about Ysuri is perfect. The location, rooms, view, comfy bed and mostly the staff that work there. I will definitely stay at Ysuri when I return!
