The location of the apartment is great. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Very few room amenities in that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, no skin cream and no coffee capsule refills each day.
There was also construction going on at the apartment next door so sitting outside meant listening to drilling and hammering all day. But it was clean and it was nice to have a kitchen for breakasts in, and room to spread out.

Everything was great, centrally located, clean and helpful friendly staff and a very nice roomy apartment.
It would have been perfect if the front door to the building locked. We reported it twice and were told it was being fixed but it wasn’t during our 4 days.
Apart from that I would definitely recommend for any stay in Porto.
We loved the location of this property; lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing was the room felt very humid, even with the AC on. The sheets and such just felt damp due to the humidity.
Good apartments. Comfortable and with good location (not the best, but good enough). The only downside is that we had a 4th floor room, with no elevator, so I recommend you travel light. Would stay here again.
We liked our stay there, it´s well equipped and decorated appartment with all we needed in bathroom and kitchen (we didn´t cook). Location is just right to be still relatively quiet, but very close to the city center. Also communication with the host was seemless, just the indication of the accomodation location on the street could be a bit more obvious.
Bella struttura. La mansarda non puo essere considerata una seconda stanza. Ma nel complesso location gradevole. Ben posizionata. Centralissima. Pulita. Tante stoviglie e piatti.
Everything was perfect. Location and the room is clean.
If I go back to Porto, I will go again to this hotel for sure.

Excellent apartment in a very nice location.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement! Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin, et la localisation est parfaite pour visiter. Nous nous sommes stationnés dans un parking public pratiquement en face sans problème, mais nous n’avions définitivement pas besoin de la voiture vu la proximité à pieds de tout!
Mention spéciale à Anabela qui offre un excellent service, tout en étant disponible et facilement joignable! L’accueil s’est déroulé de façon simple et flexible. Nous recommandons vivement :)

Cannot say enough good things about this property in Porto. Anabela was incredibly accommodating and the check in process was easy. There are a few different ways to get to the location (uber, taxi), but we got off at the nearby Bolhão metro station after taking the train in from Lisbon. It's a bit of a hike up the stairs with luggage so be ready but so is every accommodation in Portugal. The place was lovely with nice touches like body wash available, wifi, and good air conditioning. Sleep was easy and the area is super accessible and walkable. Would recommend to anyone.
Wonderful stay, comfy bed & clean. We arrived after a very LONG day of travel and my daughter was not feeling well. When we arrived the host was able to get us quickly to our room, which was much appreciated! I would recommend.
Hotel is at a very convenient location, short walk to Ponte Luís I Bridge, Porto Cathedral, Livraria Lello, São Bento Station and Igreja do Carmo. Easy check in and check out process, very friendly staff. Room is very clean and new inside.
