Le personnel est tres gentil. Les lits sont chauds et confortables. La piece en general est agreable. La vue de la chambre donne sur la montagne et est tres belle.

Cons:

La salle de bain est un peu etrange. Il n'y a qu'une petite separation entre la douche et le reste de la salle de bain avec toilette et lavabo, ce qui fait que l'eau de la douche n'est pas toute evacuee directement. Le plancher est reste mouille jusqu'au matin.

Widok na Kazbeg, w pokoju temperatura w porządku, wygodne łóżko

Cons:

Krzywe podłogi, tylko 2 gniazdka w pokoju, oba na wysokości nieadekwatnej (czajnik dostarczony do pokoju na tak krótkim kablu, że absolutnie nie był w stanie dosięgnąć gniazdka). Na nocnym stoliku była lampa, ale przez to że nie ma gniazdka-bezuzyteczna. Łazienka brzydka, wchodzi się od razu do prysznica. Nie ma tam przewyższenia, więc woda zalewa całą łazienkę - żeby dojść do ubikacji, trzeba przejść przez mokry prysznic.

The panoramic view (both an advantage and disadvantage), cleanliness, staff, location, the bed, and bathroom.

Cons:

1- No elevators, you have to carry your own bags all the way up. 2- The whole room walls is glass, it’s good for the view but the room curtains are not blackout , so it doesn’t cover lights well both at nights (there is strong streetlamps next to the balconies that works by motion detection and it kept running on and off at night, car’s lights from the streets projects to the room) and in the morning the sun lights up the room despite the curtains. 3- Also it’s a little bit noisy at nights from cars and bikes crossing the street to go to Rooms hotel, also you can hear people in the street when they’re walking by. 4- No AC in the hotel.
