Pros:

Great view especially sunset, It is near a soccer field we can play at, and the yard that has some swings and hammocks, you can give them laundry for a low price, but that is it.

Cons:

We stayed for two nights, and we were lucky that we were out of the room most of the day and just came to sleep. It is far from the city center with a very steep hill to walk up so no close places to eat or shop. Only one staff person speaks English the rest don't so it is hard to get service. Wifi didn't work half the time and when it did it was very slow. TV didn't work. The pictures look great in booking because it was renovated but very poorly. Banster disconnected so it is very dangerous to go up and down the steps especially that the steps are very very high. A lot of sharp cement and wood corners my son got injured from it. It is not safe for kids. Cold water pressure was good but hot water pressure was barley a drizzle. There is no AC only one fan for a 70sqm unit and usually in Kezbegi you don't need it. But the whole unit is windows so when the sun hits the room it is like a Ference and only cools down after sun set. I recommend to find another place.

Good potential with some improvements to do
Pros:

- position (if you have a car, it’s a beautiful spot in Kazbegi)
- the owner let us dry our clothes there (that was very kind of her!)

Cons:

- there was no toilet paper (yes, seriously)
- so much noise around the garden and the reception. Children everywhere, noise, and no one saying anything. Even guests or the staff talking super loud at night.
- everything looks like it’s being renewed but it’s not. Both outside and inside. There are some parts of the hotel that look great, and others that look completely forgotten.
- small window on the top, so you feel airless inside. No air condition.
- it takes some minutes (!) for the water to warm up

L'hôtel est certainement bien, si vous n'avez pas une chambre en rez de chaussée...

Nous avons eu une chambre, qui ressemblait plus à un garage qu'à une chambre d'hôtel en rez de chaussée, avec beaucoup de passage devant, les enfants qui jouent au ballon une grande partie de l'après midi. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la vue, nous avons du fermer les rideaux pour avoir un peu de tranquillité. Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour la vue qu'il offrait... Grande déception.

Pros:

Znakomita lokalizacja z widokiem na Kazbeg! To jest bardzo przyjemne miejsce. Pokoje były małe, ale wygodne. Śniadanie było smaczne, z lokalnych produktów, choć codziennie takie samo. Obsługa była bardzo miła.

Cons:

W toaletach ciekła woda, często było słabe ciśnienie wody lub brakowało ciepłej wody. Ale to jest lokalizacja w wysokich górach, więc może się to zdarzyć.

If you expect European standards I would not recomme this place. However, for people from Arab cutures it might be okay.
Pros:

Location and access was good.

Cons:

We booked a room only to sleep as we planned to leave early next day. The room did not smell well, we had to air out for one hour and the bed linens were not very clean (my wife had an allergic reaction after leaving the accomodation)
Additionally, the bathroom is poorly arranged in a way that when you take a shower water will leak to other parts of the bathroom which makes going to the sink or toilet afterwards very unpleasant. A bidet is incorporated with the sink which we did not like as it seems unsanitary so we did not use the sink at all.

I cannot commend about other rooms but the one we stayed at did not allow us to rest with the level of comfort we expected from this accomodation.
