Flughafenhotel: Freundliches Chaos in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die direkte Lage am S-Bahnhof Rümlang ist sehr praktisch.
Der Flughafenshuttle (10€ pro Strecke pro Person)

Cons:

Der Besitzer des Hauses hat 2025 gewechselt. Dies merkt man dem Service und dem Zustand des Hotels leider an. Beim Service (Rezeption und Co) kommt man jetzt meistens nur noch mit langsamen Englisch weiter. Die Mitarbeitende sind freundlich haben aber oft wenig Ahnung vom Job und scheinen teils hilflos bzw. überforderd.. Unser Zimmer erhielt erst nach mehrmaliger freundlicher Anfrage/später Aufforderung neue Handtücher, eine Zimmerreinigung fand zunächst gar nicht statt und ein mehrfach zugesagter Austausch des bereits bei Einzug defekten Duschkopfes fand nach erneuter Kritik am späten Abend des 2. Tages statt.
Selbst die Buchung des Shuttles (10€/Person) für den Abreisetag konnte nicht zügig und bei einem einzigen Besuch an der Rezeption erledigt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgte sofort, der Mitarbeiter wusste aber nicht, wie ein Voucher ausgestellt wird. Nach vielen Versuchen gab er auf. Ein erneuter Besuch der Rezeption einige Stunden später musste erfolgen. Auch hier musste die Konversation wieder in langsamen Englisch erfolgen und immer wieder rückersichernd, ob die Situation richtig wahrgenommen wurde.
Der Aufenthalt war durch diesen ständigen Konversationsbedarf sehr anstrengend. Wir werden daher dieses Hotel, das uns bislang sonst immer sehr gut gefallen hatte, nicht mehr buchen.

Awesome place
Pros:

Nice large room with balcony and nice staff and their chef is just awesome. He is the best. Railway station is very near. In 3 to 4 minutes walk we can reach.

Sehr netter, zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Empfangsmitarbeiter!
Das Zimmer hat eine gute funktionelle Einrichtung!
Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage nahe am Bahnhof.
Für meinen Reisezweck war es Perfekt.

Cons:

War leider nicht wirklich sauber und Inventar war zum Teil defekt.(z.b. nur eine 1/2 rolle Wc Papier, ledierter Föhn,Wasser nicht gut abegelaufen).

Pros:

Molto vicina all’aeroporto, ci si arriva in 10 minuti. Il prezzo è molto onesto per essere a zurigo e per essere attaccati all’aeroporto. La camera era spaziosa e anche il bagno. Alla fine quello che ho pagato è stato coerente con quello che ho trovato. Anche lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
