Pros:

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer im Nebengebäude mit Klimaanlage gebucht, und zwar schon im Januar 2026. Als wir dort ankamen erklärte man uns direkt, dass die Zimmer im Nebengebäude mit Klimaanlage leider alle ausgebucht wären. Obwohl wir erklärt haben, dass ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage aufgrund gesundheitlicher Probleme dringend notwendig sei, wurde uns ein solches Zimmer nicht angeboten. Man vertröstete uns auf Nachmittags, wenn der Chef da wäre. Als wir später wieder ankamen, wurde uns das gebuchte Zimmer immer noch nicht angeboten. Wir hätten ein Zimmer im Haupthaus bekommen können, welches wir aber aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen nicht nehmen konnten. Als wir also ablehnten, bot uns die Dame an der Rezeption an, das Zimmer zu stornieren. Zunächst sollten wir hierfür die Stornkosten von einer Übernachtung zahlen. Erst nachdem wir nochmals erklärten, dass wir ja nicht stornieren wollen, sondern unser gebuchtes Zimmer im Nebengebäude mit Klimaanlage haben möchten, wurde uns die Stornierung kostenlos bestätigt. Wir sind dann wieder nach Hause gefahren, da wir keine andere Möglichkeit der Übernachtung in Tübingen hatten. Wir finden es unmöglich, Zimmer zur Buchung zur Verfügung zu stellen, die es offensichtlich garnicht gibt. Eine entsprechende Beschwerde an Booking ist bereits erfolgt.

Η Ματίνα από το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατη, φιλικη εξυπηρετική και άκρως επαγγελματίας. Ο Αχλλεας ο ιδιοκτήτης, απίστευτα εξυπηρετικός,, είχε την καλοσύνη να μας μεταφέρει ο ίδιος στο αεροδρόμιο δείχνοντας τι σημαίνει πραγματική φιλοξενία!Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, οι παροχές εξαιρετικές και το πρωινό απλά φανταστικό – πλούσιο, ποιοτικό και με πολλές επιλογές για να ξεκινήσεις όμορφα τη μέρα σου.
Αυθεντική φιλοξενία που σπάνια βρίσκεις πια. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε!

Sehr freundliches Personal, Familienbetrieb.
Wintergarten und Terrasse sehr angenehm zum Sitzen im Restaurant. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, in unmittelbarer Nähe oder auf der sehr ruhigen Straßenseite.
Die griechische Speisekarte und das Essen sind o.k.

Cons:

Keine Minibar für kühle Getränke.
Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sehr heiß, Sonnenseite.
Keine Klimaanlage, auch kein mobiles Klimagerät - schade.
Frühstück mittelmäßig, man wird satt.
Lage: Etwa eine halbe Stunde gemütlich zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum, kann nach Altstadt Besichtigung zurück etwas anstrengend werden.
