The breakfast was small but good.
The room was clean

Cons:

We had a very small room and no windows and no day light in the room.
For me that was not easy, I like a window even if it is a small one.
The room was clean but very small and for 2 persons its really small.
And also at 8 in the morning the neighbors start working with drill hamers, wel that told me it was morning so for that I not needed the window

Pros:

Parfait.
Accueillis en pleine nuit, on nous a accompagné jusqu’à la chambre. Tres gentil. Chambre tres grande avec 2 grands lits. Propre, salle de bain moderne. Pleins de bouteille d’eau. Garde les bagages. Rien a dire c’est parfait. Super bon petit dej par rapport aux autres.

Pros:

The manager of the hotel was very friendly and accomodating. Upon my arrival he helped me to book trips in and around Hanoi, which saved me a bit of trouble. I was very pleased with his service during my stay. The staff were also quite cordial and helpful. The room was a bit small, but comfortable and stocked with everything that I needed. Would certainly stay again!
