Didn’t want leave great place
Pros:

We were upgraded to room with a terrace room 502. Decided to stay an extra night. Perfect location however quiet. Will stay again on return to Hanoi

I was in town to start a bike tour.
Jack and the team were very helpful in assisting find repair shops when things went wrong and we're very thoughtful as to what I might need for my stay.

Avoid!!
Pros:

The location was central.

Cons:

The property is a scam.

The ‘windows’ were facing a wall.
There was no reasonable fire escape for this property. It’s dangerous.
Electricity was flickering.
The ‘terrace’ was two chairs and a table in the street, with motorbikes shoved next to it and cigarette butts on the flood (see photo).
Hotel STAFF making a tonne of noise in the middle of the night, shouting on the phone to someone.
Safety deposit box didn’t work.
Black hairs in the bathroom from previous guests (my hair is ginger. It wasn’t mine.)
Extremely overpriced, avoid at all costs. I have stayed in superior hostels to this and paid far less.

Pros:

Hôtel simple. Juste le nécessaire . Situe dans le vieux quartier mais près de la rue des bars. Le bruit des bars n était pas trop dérangeant
