Pros:

Lovely little hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Mr Jack Son was so welcoming and accommodating! I had to be moved to a smaller room as there was an issue with the air conditioning, but it was perfectly fine for the night and I received a discount. Breakfast was great with plenty of options.

Cons:

There was no window in the small room I was moved to, and it was quite a small space, but for the short stay this didn’t matter.

Cons:

朝食の提供時間は6時半からと聞いていたが、7時まで待たなければならなかった。スーペリアからデラックスにアップグレードしたが、値段が上がっただけで部屋はほとんど変わらなかった。

Excellent location and staff were very kind. Good for one or two nights but wouldn't stay much longer.

Cons:

Tiny room. Some ants in the bathroom. Lockbox didn't work. Very loud drilling next door overnight.
