great locacion and save place to stay
Pros:

great location and very helpfull staff. brekfast with many choissess plus it was always ready at 6.30 am but they keep it longer open if need. very comfortable bed i only would like to have chair there as i am older lady and i need suport for my back. side of that will give 98% happy.

Pros:

Size of the family room, whilst I book a deluxe room but apparently and contrary to photos on Booking the Deluxe room has no window.

Cons:

I booked a Deluxe room, which shows a window on Booking but it’s not the case, so after a long argument with manager I was given a large family room which ate the only one with daylight (balcony). Travellers should be aware that the Old quarter is very busy and noisy, day and night. It was ok for me.)

Hot, Loud, Rats & Roaches.
Pros:

Location, staff (Jack Son was very responsive and nice).

Cons:

I saw a rat in the lobby, which smelled of sewage. The air conditioner was on a timer. There was tons of noise in the lobby in the middle of the night and the staff did not silence them. Sky deck was closed. We found a cockroach in our suitcase after checking out. I would not stay here again.

Pros:

Von Baulärm kann ich absolut nicht berichten, an 2 Nachmittagen gab es mal bisschen Lärm, nicht lauter als eine Mixer in der Küche!
Herr Jack Son hat sich, wie auch letztes Jahr schon,
um alles gekümmert, damit es den Gästen an nichts fehlt!
Das Hotel liegt zentral, man wohnt mitten drin, aber doch so weit entfernt, damit man vom Nachtleben in der Umgebung nicht gestört wird!
Idealer Platz!

Amazing experience with outstanding staff, perfect organization and great hospitality.
Pros:

Perfect stay in Hanoi! The location in the Old Quarter is excellent and close to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional and always smiling. They organized all my tours and transportation perfectly and made my trip completely stress-free. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The service was outstanding and I truly felt welcomed from the first moment. Highly recommended!

Localisation très centrale, bon rapport qualité prix et surtout ce qui fait l’hôtel c’est le manager qui est disponible toujours de mon accueil à mon départ et même après mon départ il m’a aidé pour d’autres destinations, mes bagages etc vraiment un manager de qualité

Cons:

La chambre était très petite, une fenêtre donnée sur un mur et malheureusement les travaux qui commencent avant 8h du matin. Sachant qu’Hanoi n’est pas une ville calme, c’était pas très reposant ..

Muy buena
Pros:

El personal muy amable, dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Nos daban información útil todo el tiempo, y también de las excursiones que había. Las habitaciones, si bien eran pequeñas, la cama fue muy cómoda. Desayuno bueno, es tipo buffet pero se podía pedir aparte otras cosas.

La habitacion que nos tocó tenía olor a humedad, pero fuera de eso todo perfecto.

The best option for your Old Quarter stay
Pros:

Great location in the middle of the old Quarter. Despite the noise in the streets the rooms are surprisingly quiet.
Staff is helpful and you can store your luggage for free.
Rooms are comfortable.
