Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Anlage befand sich in einem sehr veralteten und herabgekommenen Zustand. Der Hotelstrand auf den Fotos entsprach nicht der Realität. Das Frühstück war okay aber nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen Hotels.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft und finden, dass der Preis für die gegebenen Leistungen absolut nicht gerechtfertigt war.

Le prix beaucoup trop élevé pour ce que c’est !
Les équipements sont délabrés, chambres et hôtel insalubre manque d’hygiènes et de propreté.
J’ai voulu quitter l’hôtel mais elle n’a pas voulu me rembourser ni faire de geste commercial. La chambre infesté d’insecte la douche glissante et pleine de moisissures. Fenêtres constamment fermées et volés aussi de peur qu’il y est encore plus d’insectes mouches, fourmis, araignées, gué ko le tout pour 500€/nuit c’est honteux !

Alles!
Het personeel , mn Rikesh, Ishan en Ravindu, zo attent zonder opdringerig te zijn. De ligging, de zwembaden zo rustig en het eten was voortreffelijk.
De villas liggen zo rustig, echt paradijselijk.

Jó, de ár-érték arányban nem megfelelő.
Pros:

Dzsungel környezet és a személyzet nagyon jó, az ágyak kényelmesek. A reggeli inkább kielégítő, mint sem nagyon jó.

Cons:

A szag… a kunyhók szaga penészes dohos szennyvíz szagot árasztanak, emiatt kicsit kellemetlen. Rá férne a zuhanyzókra a felújítás, mert a kagylós dezignet beárnyékolja a penészes tömítések. Nincs, csak érkezéskor víz. A reggelinél a felhozatal elég szegényes, külön kiemelném: egy fajta felvágott és sajt van (szerintem simán lehetne kettő féle is, mert a hely adott), a paradicsom széle penészes volt, a gofri kőkemény. Vagy emeljenek az áron magasabb színvonalért, vagy maradjon ez, de menjenek lejjebb az árakkal.

Extraordinary stay at a nice landscape of Praslin

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand (Beachhouse), freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Geräumiges Schildkrötengehege. Nette Hotelmanagerin die uns alles erklärt hat.

Ponovo se vracamo!
Pros:

Divno i vrlo ljubazno osoblje, u predelu hotela se nalaze kornjace, na jako dobroj lokaciji se nalazi hotel! Mi smo vec bili u ovom hotelu, i ponovo smo se vratili, i ponovo cemo se vratiti, u istu sobu😀.

Cons:

Posto smo drugi put u hotelu, ovaj put nam se cistoca nije dopala, generalna cistoca!

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult amabilitatea angajaților. Ceaiul de vanilie de la ora 16:00 și gustările dulci.
Zona este foarte liniștită. Plaja este foarte întinsă, umbră naturală, pisici de mare la mal.

Die Lage am sehr schönen Strand, die beiden Pools in einer tropischen Anlage, das Personal war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Oliver hat sich viel Mühe gegeben um bei uns das Netflix einzurichten. Ein besonderes Extra war auch das Kaffee und Kuchenbüffet am Nachmittag.

Cons:

Unser Fernseher mit wenigen Programmen war eher eine Enttäuschung. Ansonsten gab es kaum etwas zu bemängeln.
