- Visitors must ensure that they have valid travel insurance with full medical coverage, including COVID-19 related medical care and eventual quarantine expenses, for the whole duration of their stay in Seychelles.

-Upon check-in CREDITCARD (Visa/Mastercard) details will be requested in order to guarantee the extras and any incidentals, room damages.

-To provide the credit card details is MANDATORY, if not, the hotel will pre-authorize 500 Euro as a guarantee. The settlement of the extras will be requested each time the sum is reached, while the pre-authorization will be voided upon check-out.

Troisième séjour au Bliss, mais une nette dégradation du service et de l’hygiène : une grande déception.
Pros:

La chambre était agréable et confortable. Je connaissais déjà cet établissement, puisque c’était mon troisième séjour, et j’étais heureux d’y revenir.

Cons:

Nous avons malheureusement constaté une nette baisse de la qualité du service par rapport à nos deux précédents séjours. Le suivi des demandes et l’attention portée aux clients n’étaient plus au même niveau. J’ai notemment du réclamer des serviettes propre qui avaient été oubliées.

L’expérience au restaurant a été particulièrement décevante : un hamburger nous a été servi avec de nombreuses fourmis qui se déplaçaient sur le pain. Le personnel a rapidement proposé de le remplacer, mais cet incident nous a complètement coupé l’appétit et nous n’avons pas consommé le plat de remplacement. Nous avons ensuite préféré prendre nos repas à l’extérieur de l’hôtel.

Pour un établissement que nous avions choisi une troisième fois en toute confiance, cette expérience a été très décevante, tant sur le plan du service que de l’hygiène.

Disappointing experience
Pros:

The staff of this place was absolutely outstanding. They absolutely saved our stay there with their kindness and helpfulness. They provided a lot of useful tips and every time we had a request or an issue they were willing to help. If I would be reviewing the personnel I would rate this place 10/10.

Greenery areas and the hotel’s gardens are really beautiful featuring many interesting creatures - huge crabs and giant tortoises (incl. Baby turtles) in their enclosure

Cons:

- the place is completely outdated, rooms feel like den, they are dark with very limited lighting, also interior lighting is very unpleasant, because of that rooms feel dirty although they are very clean,
- the breakfast was really below average, 4 stars hotel serving chicken nuggets and not having any fresh coffee (only some watery liquid coffee flavoured) was unacceptable, rating only breakfast I would give 4/10
- the beach that is close to hotel is not really pleasant due to a lot of seaweed, the beach could have been cleaned at least in front of the hotel,
- the payment for this hotel was ridiculous, the hotel requested full prepayment before arrival via some external payment mechanism…

Overall I cannot understand how this place is 4 stars hotel. I would say it is outdated 3. But many things could have been improved just by improving guest experience (like free snorkelling rental or better breakfasts)

Excellent hôtel 😍
Pros:

Le personnel est exceptionnel, très gentil et serviable, l'emplacement est top proche des plages, bus à 50m, take away à proximité et centre ville à 15min à pied
La chambre est vraiment super avec une belle terrasse abritée, il y a deux piscines à l'hôtel, les tortues de l'hôtel sont magnifiques. Le déjeuner est bien préparé il y a plusieurs choix et cela change chaque jour. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel

Ottima soluzione a Praslin!
Pros:

Struttura molto elegante e curata, giardini con tartarughe giganti nella attrazione per i bambini, corpo principale dietro la spiaggia. Seconda piscina vicino alle stanze. Camere spaziose e ben condizionate, colazione abbondante e staff gentile. Posizione centrale per girare comodamente l isola e tutte le sue attrazioni principali

Cons:

Le camere avrebbero bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione/ rinnovamento.
La spiaggia è pressoché inagibile per esposizione a mare e vento (come d altra parte quasi tutte le spiagge ad agosto), alghe e presenza di razze.
La maggior parte delle stanze (garden view) sono al di là della strada principale perciò un po’ più scomode da raggiungere (i bambini nn possono andarci/attraversare da soli)
