Hanoi Hanvet Hotel

Simple a no frills establishment but served every thing I wanted.
Staff whilst not present most times were fantastic when you needed something

조식없고. 운동시설없고. 외부수영장있다했지만 사실상 없다고 바야함.
주변환경 이용 편리함.
마지막날 에어컨고장 더워 미치는줄 알았지만 대처는 안해줌

Close to night market and shops. Variety of eating establishments. Staff friendly. Little cafe mart couple of doors away was great

The posting of Hanvet Hotel on hotels.com said the room included access to a swimming pool and that all rooms had view over the city, including pictures of a gym. That’s what we expected, and that is not what we got at all. We asked for the gym and the staff said there isn’t a gym, and there weren’t any pool access either anymore. The view we had was directly into the neighbouring building, so no view at all. The bathroom, especially the shower, had visibly not been cleaned for a while. The hotel in itself was okay and the room looked okay, but due to our expectations from the posting, we were extremely disappointed.

This Hotel is advertized as having a pool at neighbouring hotel free access to Hanvet Guests. When enquired with boy sleeping on sofa in small reception area, i was told go to Hiem Lake for swim which is ridiculous as no swimming aloud there its a city walkers green area thats it. I Highly NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE) there are vibrant fun areas of Hanoi old quarter this isnt it. Stay oppisite end of lake on ur area maps 👍

Mention spéciale à Martin , qui s'est mis en quatre pour nous. Il est parfait pour l'organisation des excursions! Il nous a faciliter le voyage!!

They need to hire a housemaid. It was relatively clean but then once you really investigate, it’s actually dirty. With the drains full of other people’s hair. The counter being dirty and such.

Good staff, big room. My only issues were : the AC not working and the mouldy room. But then it was near the old quarter, so i would say good value for price :/.

Room is very very small. The hotel is located in an ally way which is inconvenient to flag a taxi. Okay for one to 2 nights. Would not return.

I booked ha long bay tour with the hotel, which was not that good

Smelt like mold in miildew in the room, over priced for the room. Tv was tiny and controller wasn’t fully functional. The price was way too much for the quality of the hotel. I don’t know who wrote these reviews but they were definitely fake. Once they knew I needed a late checkout due to a late flight they tried to charge us basically another full night stay. I paid 1,500,000 dong for 1 night. But wanted 1,655,000 for 6 extra hours and a ride to the airport. I would never of booked this place if I knew

A great multi-day stay (4 to 7 days) on two different occassion in late 2024. Perfect balance of a good location, well maintained boutique hotel, nicely designed and clean rooms, washroom with a separate shower stall, and resourceful staff. Will likely be staying here again in February 2025. Ken from Canada

The hotel is down an alley. It's well located where you can easily walk to food and shops. The proprietor was very friendly.

There we some minor cleanliness issues. The elevator is tiny.

Service was over the top great! The room itself wasn’t in the best shape but the location is unmatched. Would definitely stay here again
