EXCELENTE OPCION
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a 1 cuadra de la 5a Avenida, a 2 cuadras de un supermercado y en el centro de todo el movimiento turístico.
Excelentes opciones de restaurantes alrrededor.
La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, con un refrigerador pequeño, microondas y servicio de café. Las camas con 4 almohadas.
El personal da excelente servicio. Todos muy amables.

Cons:

La limpieza del domingo fue deficiente, apenas si hicieron las camas, no sacaron la basura.
El desayuno puede ser monótono si la estancia es larga, pero hay opciones buenas afuera, para variar un poco.
Muy temprano por la mañana no había agua caliente, el resto del día, sin problema alguno.

שירות, שירות , שירות. באתי ממלון שעשה אותי חולה , והם הבינו אותי ונתנו לי חדר שעתיים לפני הצק אין כי היה פנוי. הביאו לי מים ושאלו כל פעם לשלומי. המלון היה נקי , מיטה גדולה. לקחתי חדר עם מרפסת. איוון וריקרדו היו מהממים ודאגו לי מאוד. המחיר לעומת שאר המלונוצ באותו מחיר הוא ברמה אחרת והוא דקת הליכה מתחילת הרחוב הראשי של השדרה החמישית. בקיצור שווה הגענ

היו מעם מאוד חמים במקלחת שזה מעולה. כן אציין שהדוש במקלחת היה מאוד ישן ולכן הזרם היה מאוד חלש אבל סהכ בסדר גמור.

El hotel es muy cómodo, el servicio es excelente y su ubicación es muy central, especialmente a la plaza las perlas (dos cuadras) que especialmente punto de recogida de los parques Xcaret, además de tener cerca comercio y muchos restaurantes
