Café da manhã muito ruim, sem opções de pães, não tinha frios, bem fraco. Academia tinha filtro de água, mas estava quebrado e não tinha nem copos

Perfect stay in Playa del Carmen
Pros:

This is a city hotel in Playa del Carmen, the location is perfect to walk around and find restaurants and do some shopping. The parking is very convenient. From this hotel we visited Chichén Itzá, beautiful Valladolid, Tulum and the whole area including cenotes. Strongly recommend this hotel for its central location, clean and comfortable rooms. As I am coeliac they separately made some eggs in the kitchen during breakfast to avoid cross contamination, that’s very helpful for coeliac or gluten free people.

Hotel near Playa Del Carmen
Pros:

In a good location next to 5th Avenue. Room was very hot initially but then it cooled down. No AC in the lobby or breakfast area and it was super hot. Breakfast was not good at all. It served its purpose for the time being.

Las camas comodas y mega limpias, la habitación amplia y bonita. El personal atento siempre dispuesto ayudar. El desayuno basto y rico. EXCELENTE

Cons:

En la habitacion hay cafetera pero no manejan tazas de cristal, solo vasos unicel. Contamina y no sabe igual.

Pros:

El personal fué muy amable en todo momento, la ubicación muy buena cerca de la Quinta Avenida y estación alterna del ADO. La habitacion muy cómoda.
