Tortura para o 3o hóspede do quarto

Da limpeza e localização.

Cons:

É um absurdo o hotel aceitar hospedagem p 3 pessoas e disponibilizar um sofá cama com molas de arame forradas com um tecido grosso! Uma verdadeira tortura p o 3o hóspede! Depois de muito reclamação ele foi recoberto com um pillowtop que amenizou um pouco o desconforto!

Perfect stay in Playa del Carmen
Pros:

This is a city hotel in Playa del Carmen, the location is perfect to walk around and find restaurants and do some shopping. The parking is very convenient. From this hotel we visited Chichén Itzá, beautiful Valladolid, Tulum and the whole area including cenotes. Strongly recommend this hotel for its central location, clean and comfortable rooms. As I am coeliac they separately made some eggs in the kitchen during breakfast to avoid cross contamination, that’s very helpful for coeliac or gluten free people.

Pros:

In a good location next to 5th Avenue. Room was very hot initially but then it cooled down. No AC in the lobby or breakfast area and it was super hot. Breakfast was not good at all. It served its purpose for the time being.
