De ligging van het hotel was super fijn! Het zwembad op het dak en de kamers zijn heel ruim

great stay for our last night in Mexico
Pros:

the receptionists, Isac and Sofia were really nice and helpful. We arrived earlier than the check-in and we could use the rooftop pool and got towels for the beach :) We also could stay one hour longer on the check-out day because of our late flight. it was very helpful. The room was on the base, no view.. but it was not so disturbing because we didnt spend much time in the room.

Lo espacioso de la habitación. La cochera cómoda. La ubicación. El personal muy amable . Cafetera y set diario para tomarse un cafecito y aguas de cortesía.

Cons:

Todo correcto. El desayuno es poco variado si te quedas varios días. . No hay planificación solo pan para tostar y lo poco que hay de panadería no está rico . Aclaro que dice que el desayuno es de cortesía, en ese caso está súper correcto!! Tuve un inconveniente con Booking por no leer correctamente el item de parcialmente reembolsable cuando quise hacer un cambio no pude hacerlo o cancelaba directamente o nada. Leer bien la letra chica.

Pros:

Emplacement extraordinaire à 150 m de la quinta avenida.
Confort de la chambre excellent, meubles fonctionnels et belle salle de douche.
Serviettes de toilette de qualité.
Le menage était fait soigneusement par ADI.
Piscine et terrasse sur le toit très agréable.

Cons:

Ce qui altère la bonne impression ressentie, c'est la piètre qualité du petit déjeuner !!!!!
Viennoiseries absentes, toasts industriels, glaçons dans le lait, pas d'oeufs au plat ou à la coque.
Uniquement des plats chauds mexicans, peux variés.
C'est indigne de la chaîne Hôtelière Holiday Inn !!!

Durante todos los dias de mi estadio en total 6, no recargaron shampoo en la ducha, toallas, el diseño del baño no es nada privado deben poner una puerta normal en el retrete

Pros:

La atención muy buena el personal super amable, la ubicación excelente buen ambiente y desayuno muy rico y conveniente.

Cons:

Solo había un defecto y es que el sensor de la tarjeta para activar la iluminación estaba un poco dañado. No fue grave asi que se nos olvidó reportarlo porque todo lo demás fue super bien.

Perfect location to everything you need

Already stayed here before, great location, close by to everything in walking distance. Breakfast was great, continental, tea/coffee etc. staff welcoming.
comfortable large rooms. Perfect for what you pay for. The second time I booked I got loved into the sister hotel Indigo. It was a stunning hotel, facilities were even nicer. However, breakfast was sloooow & you had to choose from a menu.I much preferred the holiday inn breakfast.

Pros:

Localização excelente, perto de tudo e distante o suficiente para não ter barulho nos quartos. Staff muito amável e prestativo. Quarto espaçoso, café da manhã simples mas completo. Água cortesia no quarto.

Cons:

Hotel em praia precisa ter local para pendurar roupa de banho para secar. Iogurte sem açúcar no café da manhã teria sido um plus.

Great location, easy and safe parking (under the building). Great staff, especially Cécilia at the reception was very helpful. The pool was nice on the roof. Quiet rooms at night.

Nota 10! Voltaria e me hospedaria no mesmo lugar.
Pros:

O Hotel é todo novinho, bem arrumado. Cama muito confortavel, quarto bem espaçoso, me hospedei com mais 2 amigas e foi ótimo! O banheiro vom agua quente, secador de cabelo, ferro de passar. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e prestativos. Tem estacionamento no local e é perto de tudo! Amei a localização!

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções como pão com queijo quente. Ou poderia ter opcao de pedirmos na cozinha. Mas nao tinha essa opção era só o que tinha naquele dia. Ovo sempre tinha. O restante variava. Mesmo com pouca opcao estava tudo mto gostoso!
