Pros:

Great location, easy and safe parking (under the building). Great staff, especially Cécilia at the reception was very helpful. The pool was nice on the roof. Quiet rooms at night.

Nota 10! Voltaria e me hospedaria no mesmo lugar.
Pros:

O Hotel é todo novinho, bem arrumado. Cama muito confortavel, quarto bem espaçoso, me hospedei com mais 2 amigas e foi ótimo! O banheiro vom agua quente, secador de cabelo, ferro de passar. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e prestativos. Tem estacionamento no local e é perto de tudo! Amei a localização!

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções como pão com queijo quente. Ou poderia ter opcao de pedirmos na cozinha. Mas nao tinha essa opção era só o que tinha naquele dia. Ovo sempre tinha. O restante variava. Mesmo com pouca opcao estava tudo mto gostoso!

Pros:

Hotel com quarto amplo e confortável, ótima localização, perto de tudo em Playa del Carmen, limpo e organizado, com café da manhã bom, que atende às necessidades diárias.

La chambre est grande, l’emplacement est top

Cons:

Malheureusement, j’avais réservé une suite afin d’avoir un lit king size, mais la chambre ne disposait pas de fenêtre ouvrante et donnait directement sur les tables du petit déjeuner.

Heureusement nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit. Si vous avez des chambres au rez-de-chaussée, il faut savoir qu’elles ne bénéficient pas de lumière naturelle. Nous avions l’impression d’être comme au zoo, dans une cage, face aux personnes prenant leur petit déjeuner. Nous avons donc dû garder les rideaux fermés pendant tout notre séjour pour préserver un minimum d’intimité.

Pour cette raison, nous ne reviendrons malheureusement pas.

Le petit déjeuner, bien qu’inclus, est également assez basique. À titre de comparaison, il est selon moi moins qualitatif que celui d’un Holiday Inn aux États-Unis.

Pros:

Les suites sont grandes, les lits confortables. La présence du parking est un atout. L'hôtel est proche de la plage, d'une allée commerçante. Le personnel est très bien.

Cons:

L'une des suites avait une très désagréable odeur à notre arrivée et la fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas et donc impossible d'aérer. La personne de l'accueil présente le soir l'a constaté et a changé sans problème la chambre et ce, avec grande politesse.
L'heure aléatoire du ménage (mais il était bien fait par le personnel, que nous remercions)

Pros:

Location was great, not in the 5th avenue that is too noisy but close enough. The staff was great too, very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The hotel facilities is not great. They are trying to renovate but it’s not there. There is a lot of humidity. We changed room because of it but the second room we got had also visibly humidity on the walls.
