Convenient location. Room is small. Almost no space for luggages. Noise from trains.

Convenient stay
Pros:

Location super convenient just above the station. Room was well appointed and modern - very clean. Quite small but not unusual for Tokyo. Would stay again for ease and comfort!

Cons:

Room size but that was as advertised. We were on the train side and it honestly did not bother us - we quite enjoyed it and the room does a good job insulating the noise.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine hervorragende Lage, von der aus man alles bequem erreichen kann. Das gesamte Haus ist extrem gepflegt und sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gute Infrastruktur (schnelles WLAN, komfortable Ausstattung). Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Zum Start in den Tag gab es ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Insgesamt eine Top-Empfehlung

Pros:

交通方便，四通八達，睡衣洗面浸浴的用品都有，小童牙刷拖鞋都能夠提供，浴室空間足夠

素晴らしい！田舎者の私達には少し高級感があり過ぎました💦
Pros:

孫連れでの宿泊だったので東京駅直結なのが最高でした。
高級感溢れる部屋だったので孫も大喜び！
部屋から出たくないと言われました。

Cons:

洗面所の排水溝の溝にピンクカビが…歯磨きや洗顔をする所なので、ちょっと辛かったかな？
中々空きがなく、やっと取れた部屋ということもあり、ビル側の部屋で眺望を楽しめなかったのが残念でした💦

Tokyo stay
Pros:

The location was perfect and so convenient to move about. The hotel room amenities and quality was impeccable. Staff were friendly and I think it has one of the most generous check out times of 12pm, you don't feel the rush. Elegant and classy hotel.

Cons:

The room was a bit small especially when there are larger luggages. Other than that, it was pretty good.
