Ótima opção ao lado da Tokyo Station
Pros:

Excelente localização ao lado da Tokyo Station (há passagem subterrânea conectando o hotel à estação). Dezenas de opções de restaurantes, cafés e lojas na estação e no complexo Oazo. Café da manhã ocidental excelente. Staff atencioso e eficiente, cuidaram do envio das nossas malas para Kyoto e demais pedidos que realizamos. Fácil locomoção para o bairro de Ginza e boa opção para quem vai correr a maratona, pois fica ao lado da chegada (foi nosso caso).

Cons:

Quarto poderia ser um pouco maior, mas é ok para Tokyo. Senti falta de um room service mais robusto, fez falta depois da maratona.

Best hotel to stay at in Tokyo
Pros:

Check in and check out was very smooth and hassle free. The room is one of the cleanest in Japan I’ve ever stayed at! Room is decent size and bed/pillows are very comfortable. The housekeeping staff are very attentive and detail oriented. We did not want for anything during our stay. Location was excellent, just in front of the Tokyo train station. Great place to stay at the heart of Tokyo

I would stay here everytime im in Tokyo.
