Location, Location and Staff
Pros:

This was a phenomenal hotel. For us, there were two big reasons - Location and Staff,

First, Location. I cannot overstate how convenient this hotel is. Literally walk across the street to the Marunouchi North exit of Tokyo Station, or if the weather's uncooperative it's directly connected underground as well. Need a Starbucks? FamilyMart? Bookstore? Dozens of restaurants? You don't even have to leave the building.

Second, Staff. Always polite and helpful, easy to communicate with, and responsive. Our last day in Tokyo we left an important item in the hotel on our way to the airport, when I called them and rushed back the item was waiting for me at the front desk.

Add in things like a wonderful buffet breakfast, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, and we've found where we'll absolutely stay again should we get another chance to visit Tokyo.

Convenient location and luxurious hotel
Pros:

The location is really nice and convenient to go to Tokyo station. The room was also nice having both Japanese tatami and beds to sleep. Clean, modern room with a spacious bathroom.

Cons:

Nothing special while it was quite expensive

Beautiful hotel with convenient access to train station
Pros:

Excellent location, helpful staff, nice rooms. They worked with us to get a room close to our kids on the same floor. Hotel has close access to train station and places to get food on ground floors. We really appreciated Saito's recommendations and personal touch.

Cons:

The hotel is on the pricier side and sells out fast. One of the elevators was being serviced during our stay, so it took a while to get to and from our room.

Marunochi Hotel is a convenient, lovely hotel.
Pros:

We didn’t eat breakfast at your hotel. The location was perfect for walking to nearby places for breakfast.

Cons:

Everything and everyone were fine. We liked everything about the hotel.

Pros:

The staff were really accommodating, especially as we had our 5 month old baby with us. They helped us when we arrived early and provided a changing room facility. They were also good at responding to our queries in advance of our arrival. The superior king room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The location was fantastic and conveniently close to various public transport facilities which is essential when you have a baby.
Good basic amenities, water provided, room cleaning, coffee and tea station.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great considering the price, something I would skip when we go back again. I'm unsure if any additional facilities or extras that come with the room booking. The location while convenient may not be too everyones looking as it is the business district so can be quiet and not have as many dining options as other places like Shibuya district.
The room size was good for Japan, but considering the price, from other travels, it could be a bit bigger.
