Great location , fabulous hotel
Pros:

Great hotel near the central station
Pros:

Good luxury hotel near the station and everything required. Breakfast was delicious and we had that option. They even serve their famous apple pie! We left.luggage there for our return on a trip to Hiroshima on the bullet train and all was accommodated easily.

Great location.
Pros:

Went for the least expensive room as we were only there for one evening before leaving Tokyo. The location is great especially for walking with four suitcases across the street to catch the Narita Express to the airport. There is an underground walkway in the basement level of the hotel that connects it to the subway system. Also the basement level has great bakeries and stores so no need to eat at the hotel.

Cons:

They were going to charge us about $140.00 for a late checkout of 1:00 instead of 12.

Great stay near Tokyo station.
Pros:

Perfect location directly next to the station, all shops and some metro stations nearby, also access to Shinkansen is easy. Very modern design. All was perfect - staff, amenities and location. Just bear in mind that the reception is on the 7th floor of the Oazo building- we struggled a bit to find a Marunouchi sign, but you will find the Ozao sign easier.

Cons:

We stayed at the 17th (highest floor) and could still hear some trains coming, but for us it was ok.
