We spent about 10 days in this hotel. The rooms smelt of damp as soon as you entered and I stayed in a few rooms during my stay there and they all smelt the same, carpet or not carpet. The ac units were ancient. I also had to wait forever for hot water. I also hated the fact that we had to have breakfast on polystyrene plates and coffee in polystyrene cups. I was shocked that in today's date this is even a thing. If you ordered food in the evening that was in normal plates but breakfast was always polystyrene !! So I couldn't understand when they had real plates why they were using Polystyrene. It is also so bad for the environment as so much waste everyday!
One great service they offered was a complementary shuttle service. They take you within a certain distance anywhere you need to go. This service was extremely helpul for me and I did use it alot and they were always happy to take me whereever I requested.
What I definitely can't fault is the hotel reception staff and manager. The only reason I have given 3 stars is because of them, in fact if I was rating staff I would give them 5 stars. I don't think I will ever forget the service I was provided by Nara. She was amazing, she couldn't do enough for me. I had ordered so many items to the hotel prior to my arrival and she took in everything in her office. She was always smiling, friendly and professional. She really helped me so much during my stay and I will be forever grateful to her for her help and kindness. I also would like to give a big thank you to Omar, the General Manager, who despite being the manager took me to do my errands in the shuttle and with a smile, as no other staff member was available. I also have to say thanks to George, Jonathan, & Sam.
Where to start. OMG!!! Ok I get they are in a transition to a new owners. But, rooms smell
Like mold, hot water does not work reported said it was fixed still does not work. TV does not work just has menu to choose input. Rooms feel wet like the air is crazy stupid humid. Carpet is nasty dirty ceilings look like they are falling in some places. The breakfast is… how do I say this not edible coffee is a like warm watered down as though they have been using the same grounds over and over.
It’s sad as last year it was a very nice place. Hopeing they get it all fixed soon or lots of people will be unemployed.
Over all this place is on par with a seedy roadside motel in a 1970s horror movie. 100% as or this review I advise to stay away. I would ask for a refund and go elsewhere but this town is booked for a conference.

Un poco la ubicación pero no tanto
El hotel requiere renovación, está muy sucio, las alfombras están llenas de basura, las habitaciones huelen mucho a humedad y los pasillos ni se diga. Es desagradable entrar al piso y que el olor sea a humedad intensa. El gimnasio también sucio.
No hay café para consumo personal diario, hay que solicitarlo y tardan mucho en llevarlo.
