The room they gave us was disgusting. The bathroom is located outside the bedroom with holes that the neighbouring room can technically see us showering and with no A/C. The breakfast was disgusting due to them leaving food out with fruit flies everywhere. Everything we needed such as remote for the tv and hair dryer, we had to ask for it. I would not recommend this place.

Da jeg kom kl 21, så var resepsjonen helt mørkt. Det var en mann som kom bak resepsjonen og ba meg vente litt. Så gikk han...

10 minutter senere kom en dame med managerskilt og jeg sa jeg skulle sjekke inn. Ho var ikke blid og kunne verken engelsk eller vietnamesisk. Hun snakket russisk og prøvde med Google translate....til ingen nytte. Ho også sa at jeg måtte vente litt til. Da hadde det allerede tatt 20 min. 5 minutter senere kom resepsjonisten. Han fikk skikkelig kjeft av manageren rett foran meg. Helt forferdelig! Endelig fikk jeg sjekket inn, puh! Dette varvåpenbart et hotell så og si kun for russere.

Siisteys oli plussaa. Henkilökunta puhui huonosti englantia, mikä vaikeutti palvelua. Iso miinus altaalla olevat aurinkotuolit, joissa ei ollut pehmusteita. Allaspyyhkeet piti kuulua hintaan, mutta maksoikin 20.000 vnd. Onneksi oli omat pyyhkeet mukana.

This property's main selling point is its large swimming pool, which is quite nice. Outside of that, the rooms are quite basic and the location is a bit off the main road. Our fridge didn't work and we had to get a replacement. Breakfast was very basic and busy with lots of Russian and Chinese families staying at the resort. There are likely better options with better locations for the price.

L’accueil est chaleureux, les personnels sont gentils. La chambre que nous avons eu au début sent mauvais odeur, il nous a changé une autre chambre, problème de serrure, encore une autre chambre mauvais odeur.
L’hôtel est très en retrait par rapport à la rue principale et trop loin de marché de nuit

hotelli uusi ja kehitettävää on melkoisesti esim. aamupalan taso oli huono. Henkilökunnasta vain muutama puhui englantia jotenkin. hotellin alue siisti uima-allasta lukuunottamatta, vesi sameaa ja likaista.
Lähiympäristö erittäin roskainen, taitaa olla saaren ongelma. Lähiranta Long beach roskainen, kauniita rantoja löytyy muualta saarella.

お風呂のお湯がたまにしか出ず困った事と、何の行き違いか間違った部屋を準備されてたのを、説得しるのが大変だった。
従業員の方達は、笑顔でとても良かったです。

Taxidriver had a difficulty to drive to Palma hotel since no sign and wayfinding hotel.
It is inconvenience for guests since no Kleenex tissue, no hotel guide in the room ( i.e. fee charged for each time exchanging tower)

2018年12月29日～2019年1月3日の5泊宿泊。スタッフは親切な方ばかりだが英語が通じるスタッフが少ない。(2~3名かな？）　従ってチェックインに時間がかかる。シーズンのピークだったからかもしてないが30分～50分は覚悟しておいたほうが良い。私は30分程度だったと思う。ホテルで知り合った日本人の方は50分くらいかかったらしい。施設は新しいので快適。プールサイドでのんびり過ごす、又はタクシー、スクータ等で外出前提の宿であれば問題なし。コンビニ、レストランも近くにあり便利。
ホテルでリゾート気分を楽しみたいのであればプライベートビーチのあるホテルを勧める。

직원들 친절하긴한데 저녁6시이후엔 타월이나 샴푸 바디 등등 요청하면 용품관리직원없다고 안갓다줘용ㅋ
모든 곳들이 애매하게 멀어서 왠만하면 리셉션에서 오토바이 불러달라해서 원데이로 렌트해서 다니세용

Average hotel for the price .

Overall it is a nice hotel to stay. The staff were very nice. We only had breakfast and it is more designed to asian or russian customers than west. There was enough fruite and bread get have if you are not keen tradational cooked vietnamies breakfast. 10 min walk to the beach.

Check-in process wasn't smooth due to staffs couldn't speak English, only one of them willing to try to communicate with us, the rest of them just push the responsibility to one another.
Overall environment/room was quite pleasing - room & toilet can be cleaner; breakfast is disappointed - less choices, number of guests more than quantity of food provided; amazing swimming pool though!
Distance to beach is a bit further than expected.

オーバーブッキングと言われ、チェックインまでに4時間かかった。、

Neueres Hotel auf der dem Strand gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite. Beim Check Inn mussten 100 Dollar Kaution hinterlegt werden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Bei der Übernahme vom Zimmer musste eine Inventur Liste unterzeichnet werden. Das Restaurant bietet nur ein Einheitsmenü für Lunch und Dinner an und ist überhaupt nicht einladend sowie auch das inkludierte Frühstück. Haben vier Nächte gebucht und bezahlt und sind nach zwei Nächten freiwillig und ohne Rückerstattung wider ausgezogen. Das Hotel hat nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Hotel je moderní a vyhovuje současným standardům. Poměr cena kvalita je odpovídající. Vřele doporučuji.

Very comfortable place. Although it's a bit off the beach, the beautiful pool more than makes up for that. Very friendly staff, but not a lot of English so it was tough to get help on excursions. Average buffet breakfast, but a very accommodating chef was on had to whip up anything you wanted.
