The hotel has a great view of the entire country side, and while we were there, there might have 3/4 families that came into the facility

The scenery was absolutely gorgeous! Jose the bartender jumped in and did whatever he needed to do. It was like Ghost Town. No one around many times to ask a question or get help. The chef did a great job with the food but beware there is no other place to eat within miles which I knew when I booked the reservation. Advertised as Spa and Jim and there is no such thing. The gym if you want to call it that was a dark room with molds in the pool area. The mountains made it worthwhile but we felt like we were hostages when we were there and felt we could not cancel a reservation because would have to fight for it and we're on vacation and don't want to have to do that. It's obvious that this property is neglected and definitely misrepresented. Unfortunate because it's a beautiful location in hornito. All it would take is for someone to open up their eyes and put some TLC into it and the staff needs to learn English at least want to try.
My cel charger with cable was stolen from my room this is $100 value. Staff on the pool started their own party with annoying music. Decided to go out of the facility. The pool do not donot have pool chairs and the food was bad. We aware do not come here.
Excelente for rest , the music at the pool a little loud , but we ask if they could lower de volume and they did. Amazing views, it's a good place if you want to relax
Muy amable la recepcionista, excelente atención por parte del joven en el área de piscina. Las piscinas excelentes, jacuzzi mi lugar favorito, temperatura muy agradable, en la noche y madrugada es de 20°C y menos.
No words. They woker up twice in theiddle of the night although I told them I must get up at 4 am. Then they canceled a stay only by a phone call. I had scratches in my car in theor ING I got as I said stop waking me up. I think they are insane.

The best coffee was in this hotel morning buffet we enjoyed during the trip in Panama.

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut gruselig. Wir waren die einzigen, wirklich einzigen Gäste. Das Personal schläft auch im Hotel. Etwa 5 Leute gegen 2 Gäste. Erst war es ruhig, dann begann einer der Mitarbeiter um ca 1h nachts auf der Bass Gitarre zu spielen und dazu zu heulen wie ein gequältes Tier. Nach einer Stunde war er fertig. Dann begann ein anderer fü etwa eine Stunde seine Bronchien seine Nasennebenhöhlen und was sonst noch mit Schleim gefüllt ist zu reinigen. Gegen 3 wurde es dann ruhig und wir konnten auf den zu weichen feuchten Betten für vier Stunden schlafen.
Meiden Sie dieses Dissaster auf jeden Fall.
Nie wieder.
Vielleicht als Kulisse für eine Horror Film geeignet.
